Seeing as how the group has changed thier minds again and are attacking. Ryx moves over 5' and pulls the pipes down in his left hand. He reaches back with his right to the side pouch on the haversack. He withdraws the thunderstone and lobs it towards Xeron.

free: 5' step to A5 move: grab thunderstone from heward haversack standard: throw thunderstone at G3 attack: 1d20(19)+6=25, oo nice, better roll than last time, thats justice. All stats on thunderstone are a few posts back.

Initiative: Enemies, (action stopped here) Stadvas, Odlin, Augustine, Ryxikor, Miriam Round 1 continues Odlin cast a ray of frost but the icy blow flies away from Xeron and Jeerod. Augustine hides behind a sarcophagi and then unleashes a couple of arrows who flies high and away from Xeron. Ryxikor plays a beautiful melody which sounds great but does not help anyone. Miriam, her eyes full of anger, moves toward Xeron and swings her mace. The creature easily avoids it. End of Round 1 – Beginning of Round 2 Xeron moves away from Miriam which creates an attack of opportunity for the cleric. This time her mace hit the creature hard. Xeron swears at Miriam in goblin and picks up a potion and drinks it. His wounds heals quite significantly. Jeerod moves forward and slices Miriam deep. The snake-worn creature slithers 5 feet toward Stadvas and attacks with both claws and tries to bite him. The first claw hits but the second one misses. The bite is successful and Stadvas feels that poison is trying to infiltrate his body (Fortitude save needed). The damages on the warrior and quite significant. Stadvas swings at the creature that attacked him but fails to connect, his eyes covered in blood. Odlin moves next to Stadvas to help him but fails in his effort. Augustine shoots two arrows and has his usual success of 50%. However, the arrow that hit piece a vital organ of Xeron. Ryxikor throws (finally) his thunderstone and a loud bang ensues. The enemies and Miriam do not seem affected. (Odlin and Stadvas need a Fortitude DC15 save of will be deaf for 1 hour). Miriam swings her mace at Jeerod but the hobgoblin avoids it. End of Round 2 – Beginning of Round 3 Xeron looks at Miriam and tells her “Be afraid, be very afraid”. The cleric eyes open in fear and she turns around getting ready to flee. Jeerod swings at the frightened priestess but misses. The snake-worm creature attacks again Stadvas and both claws hit but not the bite. The warrior is in bad shape. Miriam: -9HP – currently at 21/30 Stadvas: -15HP (round 2) -11HP (round 3)– Currently at 9/35
OOC: I put in two rounds to help catch up so I had to make some assumptions. If you are upset with some of them, PLEASE DO NOT FLAME ME IN PUBLIC. A friendly email will guarantee positive resolution. OOC2: PLease read my post carefully and make the needed save.

Augustine attempts to keep Xeron guessing as to where the arrows will be coming from, hiding behind the sarcophagus and firing again. Unfortunately, he misses twice, wasting more precious time.
hide, rapid shot. 1d20+8=22attacks: 1d20+6=12, 1d20+6=9I'm assuming that the sarcophagi are only partial cover, lying on the ground, so Augustine could shoot over them. If not, just tell me. Oh, and when you say his shot hit a vital area, do you mean it got sneak attack damage or was a critical hit? Both of those are flavored as hitting something vital, so I just want to know, since I didn't roll the dice.

Ryxikor, forgetting about the music for now, drops the pipes into his pouch at his belt and prepares for battle. He unshoulders his short bow and grabs an arrow as he moves into position for a shot.
Ryx wonders what happened to the rest of this evil crew. He thought there was a halfling sorceror and others.
hp: 20 ac: 19
put pipes away grab bow and arrow move to B3, please
OOC: even though i don't remember, Ryx is smarter than me, he would. Weren't there others? I thought there was a sorceror a halfling or gnome.

His armor creaking slightly and his entire body going with the motion, Stadvas swings his flail at the creature, while his system once again has to fight off poison, and Stadvas' usual apparent immunity to poison now fails. His skill with the weapon doesn't seem to be doing very well either, because after the glorious swing, the flail only hits the floor. Ryxikor's thunderstone causes the warrior to frown, but his ears remain unaffected by the noise.
Fortitude(poison): 1d20+6=8+6=14 Fortitude(thunderstone): 1d20+6=18+6=24
Attack roll: 1d20+8=1+8+9 Hey, a natural 1. Niiiice.
HP 9/35 AC 21 thank you Odlin.

Initiative: Enemies, (action stopped here) Stadvas, Odlin, Augustine, Ryxikor, Miriam Round 3 continues Stadvas body cannot handle the poison from the monster and suddenly his ability to reflect and make senses seems impaired. (Wisdom score: -3 last round and -5 this one). Stadvas’ willpower, common sense, perception, and intuition is all but non-existent. The warrior swings the flail but somehow fail to connect with anything but the floor. Lucky for him, the flail does not get damaged (no critical failure). Odlin is now deafened which prevents him from doing magic. He decides to help Stadvas increase his overall protection and succeeds. Augustine hides very well and shoots two arrows. Both of them break against the wall. Ryxikor moves into a better position and pulls out his bow. He is wondering where the halfling sorcerer and or the gnome went. “Where could these SMALL people have gone? And how did Jukia, a medium sized person went through that hole in the ground which is only big enough for SMALL creatures? Then it hits in the back of the head: The small creature went through the hole and took Jukia with them, but how? If only Ryxikor knew about magic and the reduce person spell. Miriam runs away from the room. The group has lost its source of healing. End of Round 3 – Beginning of Round 4 Xeron whispers a few arcane words and a ray comes out of his hand and tries to touch Stadvas. If it was not for Odlin help, the warrior would have been hit. Jeerod moves toward Odlin and swings his battleaxe. The blade miraculously misses the dwarf who is likely to live on borrowed time. The snake worm attacks Standas and both claws hit the warrior but the bite attack fails. Right after that, the snake-worm dissolve into magic smoke and disappear. All is left is the broken statuette. However, the monster has done his job as the wounds are too much for Stadvas to stay conscious. Stadvas: -13HP damages – Currently at -4/35 and bleeding
OOC: Noda, the vital piercing was to say I did roll the sneak attack damages

Having handicapped Odlin with the thunderstone, Ryx tries to help him by shooting at the hobgoblin. "Odlin, get out of there." He then draws another arrow.
hp: 20 ac: 19
Free: yell at Odlin, oooops he is deaf, my bad standard: attack Jeerod move: draw arrow attack: 1d20(19)+7=26, h*ll yeah damage: 1d6, sneak attack 2d6

Augustine changes his focus, instead attacking the hobgoblin when he leans from behind the sarcophagus. These arrows fly more true, striking his hated foe.
hide, rapid shot on J hide: 1d20+8=15attacks: 1d20+6=18, 1d20+6=21damage: 1d6+4 (includes favored enemy) + 1d6 (sneak attack) each. We still have some potions, right? I think once we get back into town, we should make sure that anyone that can use one is carrying a wand, for emergency purposes.

Stadvas, grinding his teeth and keeping the world around him in focus through a bloody haze, reaches onto his belt. His seeking fingers slide across the cloth, until they touch the saving cold glass of a bottle, which he rips off and pours down his throat. The most crucial of his organs heal and return to a survivable degree of damage.
Wahey Diehard. Standard Action: Drink CMW (2d8+3): 2d8+3=10+3=? I'm not sure how much the modifier is, it's the potion we took from the spider, and haven't used yet, and you didn't say then.
HP: 6+?/35 AC: 19
DM Edit This can be Stadvas acion next round as he cannot drink once he is unconcious
Edit: But he's just disabled once he's under 0 with Diehard...

Initiative: Enemies, (action stopped here) Stadvas, Odlin, Augustine, Ryxikor, Miriam
Stadvas continues to bleed on the ground.
Odlin, not hearing a word anyone says, grabs the potion of CLW he has in his bag (according to entry #31 in the loot thread which I amended) and feeds it to the fallen warrior. It is enough for the fallen warrior to become conscious
Augustine unleashes his 2 arrows and has the usual result: 50% hit. The arrow pieces deep and likely puncture one of the hobgoblin kidneys.
Ryxikor unleashes a deadly which goes bury itself inside the spleen f the monster. Jeerod screams in pain.
Miriam is still running away.
Xeron, upset that the tide is not turning fast enough in his favor unleashes a spell toward Ryxikor. An acid arrow form and hit the rogue who feels it pain. It seems that the magical acid arrow will do damages next round too.
Jeerod retrieved and swallows a potion and some of his wounds heal.
Same map
Stadvas: -1HP bleeding + 7 HP CLW – Currently at 2/35 Ryxikor: -6HP – currently at 14/20

Augustine repeats his pattern, ducking, popping up, and shooting at the hobgoblin. Unfortunately, this time he misses with both arrows.
hide, rapid shot hide: 1d20+8=22rapid shot: 1d20+6=10, 1d20+6=9The AC 18 arrow missed him while he was flat-footed? Wow, he must be all armor.

Wincing from the pain, seeing the acid burn his flesh and armor, Ryxikor ducks behind the sarcophagus, dropping his short bow. He quickly grabs his water skin and tries to wash the acid away.

Initiative: Enemies, (action stopped here) Stadvas, Odlin, Augustine, Ryxikor, Miriam OOC: Apologies to Stadvas and Augustine: Stadvas: I did not know the diehard feats nor the fact that Stadvas had it. I will add 13HP to his total and have him attack this round. (will use your previous attack modifier) Augustine: Jeerod is all armor but I looked at Xeron AC, not Jeerod. The 18 roll was a hit.
Augustine enters penetrates real deep inside the hobgoblin skin and armor, making him growl in pain. A vital organ has been touched and the fighter looks close to the brink. Stadvas drinks his potion and regains a lot of his vitality. End of Round 3 Round 4 enemies actions already accounted for, heroes action time. Stadvas moves forward and swings his flail with anger at Jeerod but the hobgoblin armor does its job. Odlin moves forward and does his usual to help Stadvas attack and succeeds (Stadvas extra + 2 next round). Augustine hides and unleashes two arrows which sadly go fly the wrong way. Ryxikor washes the magical acid with his water and reduce the effect of the spell but still feels a small burn (could not find anything on it so I gave you half damages for creativity). The group has no idea where Miriam is. End of Round 4 – Beginning of Round 5 Jeerod swings his battle axe at Stadvas but with all the injuries, the hobgoblin is unable to hit. Seeing the Stadvas is back among the conscious, Xeron calls him magical energy in his hand and unleashes 3 energy darts toward Stadvas, burning him hard. Ryxikor: -1HP damages – Currently at 13/20 Stadvas: -9HP – Currently at 6/35

Augustine continues bobbing in and out of cover, but realizes that his pattern is becoming predictable, and that he needs to change it up a bit next time. He continues loosing arrows at the near-death hobgoblin, and while another goes sailing off, one strikes hard into Jeerod's armor.
