okay peeps;
here is a list of stuff (it will follow shortly). can you bid for the items you want (item goes to the highest bidder, you must bid the minimum value of the item)
items that are generally useful (such as healing potions, hewards handy haversack) should be party loot and carried by a member of the party but not counting towards his/her share of loot as the item benefits everybody. if after the bidding has finished and there are such items left then we can put them in the "communal party loot" category

Ryx will bid on : mithril breastplate (4200 gp) +1 short sword (2310 gp) (total 6510 gp)
And if no-one objects would like to continue to carry the haversack. I think everyone including Miriam might have higher STR, plus it will help him be less incumbered, therefore able to hide and move silently.

Couple of specification: The wand of CLW with 9 charges left was bought with party loot and should not be included as well as the haversack as it is party loot. Miriam will not bid on anything but will get what the group wants her to get (other than getting cudly with Stadvas )

Cal, are you splitting gold for Miriam too? Stadvas would like Bronk's shield, giving back one heavy wooden shield into the group loot. Because he doesn't need two shields, and that one has sentimental value.
As for the getting cudly, I'm afraid that's not on the list.

Poor Miriam .. all she can do is give Stadvas THE look and worry when he gets hurt and giggles when he worries about her ....

I hoped you had given her her fair share. Since Stadvas won't be using that masterwork wooden shield I mentioned earlier, he'll give it to Miriam so she doesn't have to buy for the heavy steel shield (unless it has some great advantage I'm missing). Stadvas' blood splattered on the inside will be a nice piece of him to keep close.
Now, I see one heavy flail +1 and no normal flail +1, but I'm pretty sure the flail +1 we had was a normal one. I did use it with a shield. That's a little odd...
Since no-one seems interested in the Amulet of Natural armor, a fact I find surprising, I'd like it for Stadvas. With Bronk's shield, that's 3153 GP and the rest in coins.

the D&D gods have smiled upon our flegling fellowship and have transmuted the flail in to a heavy flail +1.
miriam as NPC would probably also want the ring of protection +1 but i didnt want other players to have to get in to t bidding war with her. unless you tried your manly charms on her... she'll receive the same monetary value of treasure as us, but more of it will be in coins than in magic loot. she can use her own money to buy magic items, as can the rest of us.
how much coin we have left depends on which items arent grabbed by players as we then have to sell the unwanted magic items at a fraction of their worth then split the proceeds

I think everyone including Miriam might have higher STR, plus it will help him be less incumbered, therefore able to hide and move silently. i think this is a good idea. keep the haversack as 'communal party loot' and ryx can shove his gear in it too if there's space - we need his sneaky sneaky catchy monkey powers! just waiting on noda to bid on his items - remember that players can bid on the SAME item but it goes to whoever wishes to pay the most for it.

the D&D gods have smiled upon our flegling fellowship and have transmuted the flail in to a heavy flail +1. They have? Praise the gods, then. Stadvas can definitely use that. Total: 5668 GP

COuple of request: Miriam will keep on the phylactery of faithfullness (Although I do not play with alignment game much). One onsequences of that is that she will INSIST that the jwelry from the tomb is returned to the people og Kingholm. As a result, they are so happy with the group honesty that they give the gruop 400GP even if the jewelry was worth about 200GP.
She will also pass on the MW half plate a she has a +1 chain shirt - Mithral. She will also pass on the spear and would rather have an enchantement put on her loyal mace (either flaming or +1). She has short bow. She will put it back into the group pool and will give the arrows to Augustine.
