Standing on the landing, the elf eyes the corpses as they lie still on the tables. Recognition of the one that nearly grabbed him, as he passed by, easily seen on the rogue's face. Twirling a silver dagger, that he pulled from a sheath inside his right boot, he points to the corpse on the left that attacked them, "I suggest we all jump off these steps and attack that one, then immediately turn and attack that one." Ryx says as he moves his arm and dagger to the right, indicating the other zombie that attacked them. "And be wary of the boney archers."
The thief grips the handle of the club in his left hand, thinking how aweful it was to have to pay for a piece of wood. But the dwarf says that's what we need to kill the skeletons, he thinks to himself, trusting in this new formidable ally, Odlin.
If all agree, at the same time, he suggests they attack the same undead. Ryx then skips over the body (if still there) and quickly moving by the corpse slices down at the neck hoping to rip it out. He doesn't really expect a devastating wound like he would a normal person, but he hopes anyway. If his head is at the other end of the table, then the elf strikes a devastating blow to the zombie's ankles.
init: 1d20(19)+3=22 HP: 10 AC: 16
Move action: Step down from landing to F3, so he can keep an eye on Zombie2 and use the northern table as cover from the archers.
Standard action: attack Z1 with dagger, if they are in the same place.
attack: 1d20(20)+5=25, imagine that, finally a nat 20 and its on an undead where it won't matter, lol
damage 1d4
ooc: they are prone and its surprise, correct? I suggest others move to H2, H3, and H4 or G4, and we should be able to dispatch this one quickly then move to the next. After the 1st zombie Ryz can turn and throw holy water, he bought a few and has good missile attack.
I rolled a high init, but I assume we are all moving at the same time, since it seems they don't move til we get to a certain point or something.
Hmm, my rolls were good, so i will do this anyway if others want to do something else.

With his new longsword in one hand and the heavy shield they found earlier in the other and ready to battle once again, Stadvas carefully approaches the walking corpses, ready to cut their decaying flesh. As fast as he can in his heavy armour and with a heavy pack on his back, he moves towards their undead adversary, and swings the steel.
HP:29 AC:19 Init: 1d20=20 (And another natural 20. The dice seem to be on our side today) Attack roll: 1d20+5 = 11+5 = 16 Damage: 1d6
Movement action: move to Z1, Half-round action: attack Z1. If Stadvas can get there in one round. Where does he start?
If Augustine needs something ranged and blunt, he could buy a slingshot...

Standing on the landing, Odlin tries to discuss strategy. The dwarf is trying to use his knowledge of the undead to come up with the most effective attack scheme. However, Ryxikor the elf, in a very impetuous move decides he is tired of the elf strategizing and attacks the zombie to the left. The dagger penetrates the decaying flesh as the zombie wakes up. Stadvas follows up, cutting more flesh from the zombie who looks in bad shape. The other zombie gets up and as predicted, the skeletons show up. Everyone, other than Stadvas rolls initiative

Again, Stadvas swing the sword, but this time, he puts more force into the blow, and the point of his sword draws a quick, silvery arch trough the air that is intended to end somewhere in the zombie's chest.
HP29 AC19
1d20+5-2 = 9+5-2 = 12 Damage 1d6+2

The thrill of combat fires through the dwarf and he heads his father's words to train more with the blade than stick his head between parchments.
When able, the wizard moves forward to block the others from interfering with Stadvas and Ryx's butchery of the first zombie. Odlin grips his club tightly and wonder when he'll be able to wield a mighty staff of powerful arcane energy
init = 5
S: Total defence (+4AC) M: move 10ft to H4
hp 19 AC 21 vs Z2, otherwise AC20

Perturbed that half of the group stayed out of harms way while he, Ryx, and Stadvas attack the zombie, the elf can't help but think if they all attacked it at once it would be dead now. He forgets about the others and just tries and do his best with the undead corpse before him.
init: 1d20(14)+3=17, another init roll
HP: 10 AC: 16
Action: attack Z1 Attack: 1d20(13)+5=18 damage 1d4

Initiative: Stadvas, Skeletons, Ryxikor, Odlin, Zombies, Augustine Stadvas continues his destructive work. His quick silvery arch of his sword ends inside the zombie chest and gets stuck there. The warrior pulls his sword free after a small effort and pull out the ribcage and heart of the zombie who finally returns to the death realm it should have never left. The skeletons archers fire their arrows, two toward Stadvas and one toward Ryxikor. All 3 arrows, including the flaming one fail to reach the heroes. Ryxikor moves toward the second zombie and cut a piece of the rotting flesh with his dagger. Odlin moves forward in the room but stays in full defensive move. The zombie tries to claw Ryxikor but the elf easily avoids the blow. Augustine moves to the landing but stays in waiting mode.

Augustine, seeing that his companions are having no trouble with the zombies, decides to attempt to distract the skeletons. He sends two arrows flying towards the one which fired the flaming arrow. Attack on one of the skeletons (1d20 + 4=17, 1d20 + 4=18)Damage: 1d8 + 1 each. AC: 17 HP: 20

His confidence in the group and his eagerness to send these undead back to the final rest they have been ripped from by obviously evil forces reinforced by one defeated enemy, Stadvas moves towards the second zombie, wildly waving his sword around with as much strength as he can, although he probably should have concentrated on actually hitting the zombie more.
Move to F5, attack zombie Attack roll: 1d20+5-3 = 5+5-3 = 7
HP: 29 AC: 19

Ryx, his natural abilities of stealth and quickness guide him through the underground battlefield easily. The graceful movements of the elf's attacks, learned from years of training with the elders and the warriors of his village, could facinate an audience as he almost looks as though he is dancing with the undead. He pulls his silver dagger in close to his body only to immediately send it back out at a different angle, which would normaly confuse some opponents, but has no effect on the mindless creature he wishes to destroy before him. He is sure not to thrust at a vital organ as he normaly would, but to only slash, so he instinctively rips his blade across at muscles and tendons which would immobilze some, tearing at the qauds, hamstrings, and calf muscles of it's legs. Ryxikor continues to dodge in and out of range of the beast until he finds the opening he likes as he squats and slashes at the legs of the smelly undead.
HP: 10 AC: 16
action: attack Z2 attack: 1d20(16)+5=21 damage: 1d4, now with a minus one, I guess
I've not seen that before Cal, is that just a zombie thing or something, or is it with everything? Where is it? in what book?

Initiative: Stadvas, Skeletons, Ryxikor, Odlin, Zombies, Augustine Stadvas, his confidence increased by the downing of one zombie, attacks the second. Unfortunately, he fails to connect with his swing. The skeletons should another wave of arrows (including one in flame) but all arrows rebound off the warrior armor. Ryxikor is doing a death dance with the zombie but the art of the elf fighting technique is lost on the zombie. His slashing is effective as flesh, bones and tendons go flying. Odlin pulls out a dagger and tries to take out some of the flesh from the walking corpse. He connects as decaying flesh starts flying. That action attracts the attention of the zombie who claws some of the magician flesh. Flaming arrows have been coming from every skeleton, so Augustine decides to shoot the closest. Both of his arrows are successful but do little damages. Has the skeleton been living beings, the shots would have been masterful. Odlin: -5HP of damages – Currently at 14/19

Odlin makes use of his dagger once more to attack the zombie
AC 17 vs Z2, AC 20 vs Skeletons attack vs AC5 = miss hp 14 drat, not moving to F5 last round has ruined a cunning plan for this round! perhaps we need to review initiative rules for PbP?

Doing good so far against the new threat, Ryxikor again slahes at the undead creature.
HP: 10 AC: 16 Attack: Z2 attack: 1d20(15)+5=20 damage 1d4-1 OOC: damage sux, should have had that written in the same place where the MW weapons are listed, thats where I got the weapon. My suggestion is everyone reads the others posts. I had already seen that Cal had moved there. If it does happen, I suggest the post that is first gets the move not the one with first initative. Say thats a perk for posting fast!!! EDITIf Stadvas kills the zombie, Ryx sheaths his dagger and grips the club looking towards the zombies using the table as cover, AC 20 (if table gives +4)

Augustine decides to drop his bow and help his allies with the zombie. He moves to someplace where he can hit the zombie (G7 if he can attack over the table, E5 otherwise), drawing his sword as he goes, and attempts to re-kill the zombie.
