Yes she has that special skills ... she cannot have erudite conversation but enough to barter or get some information .....
So it looks like the gold and meat plan is the one. Post your action and post a hide roll and move silently roll for every 30 feet you travel. You have concealment unless you enter the path.

ROOM OF FOUR GOBLINS
well they are surprised.
that means flat footed and dont threaten any squares. how about we surround them.
Stadvas could do a partial charge in the suprise round so that he might be able to move and kill one.
we want to make sure they dont escape and bring help.
if we surround them we can start flanking them
or we can work as teams, i dont mind pairing up with augustine and making sure he can fire arrows without the goblins getting too close? Jukia and Stadvas can be front line whackers?
i'm open to suggestions!

Well, I was already going to throw the dagger I've got. Then, I can quickdraw my flail and step inside. That's two free actions, and hopefully it'll be alright with you, Achinca?
There's a block of four, so flanking them without being outflanked ourselves will be important and probably not very easy, unless we all stick together. We could try to flank the opponent by putting two of us at each side of an opponent, but then, one duo will always be open from the back.

In a surprise round, I only get ONE action though. what's our best use of a partial action when the bad guys are flatfooted? if we co-ordinate we should be okay. Odlin only moves 20 feet too

Now, I would suggest Stadavas and Jukia moving into the room and getting as close to the door as possible while the goblins can't get AoOs, they should both be able to threaten the doorway, so the first two to go for the door get attacked. Odlin could move in front of Augustine (five foot step) and cast a spell on one of the goblins, while Augustine shoots one of them. That should take one goblin down and injure another before they even roll initiative
Round 1: If Stadavas can get to the upper left corner in the first round, and Jukia one behind him, if Stadavas takes a 5-foot step to the right, I don't think they would be flankable at all, Cal would know for sure though. Odlin and Augustine could move in to get angles if needed, the attacks from all four heroes should be enough to wipe the goblins out second round at latest, and they can't get through the door unless they over-run Stadavas and get the door opened while provoking an AoO from Jukia.. Even if they did, they would have to get out of sight before they get an arrow in the back from Augustine.
Anything I am forgetting?

It would take Stadvas 25 feet to move in fornt of the other door. can he make it in a surprise round?
but even if he cant he should probably give it a try and jukia can do a partial charge at the flat footed goblin, hopefully engaging them in melee.
Odlin doesnt have a useful spell but could try and move up with his club to help Jukia next round.
trouble with this idea is that Augustine's line of sight to the bad guys is blocked. if no-one likes this idea, we can go with the Nodaisho's idea and Odlin will act as a 'blocker' for Augustine

Stadavas wouldn't have to move in front of the door, he would only have to move to the square next to the one in front of the door, opening the door would provoke an AoO, wouldn't it? Then in round 1, he takes a 5 foot step in front of it, blocking it off. And, like I said, if Jukia worked with him, they would be unflankable, which means the goblins would have a hard time hitting them (Stad in scale mail and Jukia in chainmail IIRC).
Our main worry then would be the possibility of the goblins rushing Odlin and Augustine. Augustine has an AC of 16, so if they tried that, he could try to block the door, using his longsword to kill the goblins (1d8 + 3 to damage, +2 to hit, the to hit isn't the best, but he should be hard to hit), and if he can get to a choke point, they can only come one at a time, fish in a barrel. He still only has 5 HP from the goblin and dog outside, but if the battle is over quick, he should be fine.

Yeah, I'm quite sure I agree, but I don't really get it for some reason. What is it Stadvas has to do?

Move to the northwest corner, then take a five foot step east on the next round (I am just going to assume up = north), so that the goblins won't be able to run away.

And I will post Augustine attempting to take out a quarter of our enemies before they get a chance to react.
So cal is completely out of offensive spells? We are going to want to find a good place to hide for the night soon, then?

aye man, my last spell is a get-out-of-jail-free card (colour spray) to help us make a speedy exit if needed. so count me out on the offensive spells unless it's VERY IMPORTANT

Would Bronk get cover from Stadavas if Augustine shot at him now? I am not quite clear on how that works.

I would rule that Stadvas provide cover for Bronk. If Stadvas was an halfling or a dwarf, I would wave it but not a bulky strong human.
Now where is Cal, our rule lawyer when we need him?
