Kerraur finally moves into the room, on the way weaving his next arcane trick. Once off the stairs, he looks around quickly to determine where the enemy is, makes sure to keep his distance from them, and finishes the last gesture of his now butter-covered fingers. The ground beneath the two enemies' feet becomes slick and slippery, making it difficult for them to stand. The slick substance surrounds them, and forms a barrier between them and the druid.
His aerial ally, after striking down one of the enemies, floats over the other and, looming there, waits for the opportune moment to strike.
Kerraur: Move action: move to 7G Standard: cast Grease on 6-7 D-E.
Familiar: Move action: move to fly above 10 E, or to F11 if there's not enough room overhead. Standard action: ready to either take a second move action, back to 11G if S2 draws a melee weapon (but before he does so, so he can't make an AoO when the familiar leaves), or take a standard action to attack him if he provokes an AoO (in addition to the AoO).
Attack rolls, disregard if he goes for his sword: Readied attack: 1d20+6=3+6=9 Any AoO: 1d20+6=19+6=25.
Familiars. Aren't they fun?

Initiative: Dra'gen, Ryxikor, Padre, Sirali, Enemies, Kerraur Dra’gen moves into the room and throws his energy short swords at the man in the half-plate. Short swords are not designed to be thrown and both energy sword easily miss their intended target. Ryxikor unleashes an arrow toward the chainmail wearing man but due to the confusion of seeing Dra’gen come next to him, Ryxikor totally fails his attack (Critical fail – confirmed). Even worse, the arrow falls and hit Dra’gen on the foot, scratching him. Padre, using a double move enters the room and quickly evaluate the situation “ Boy oh boy, what do we have here. A panther, some flying swords, friend hurting friends and yes some crazies.Sirali returns into her elven woman shape. She calls her arcane power and creates fire. She throws the flaming ball a the man in the half plate and hit him. The soldier (S1) facing Dra’gen fires an arrow and hit the elf psionic. He drops his bow and unsheathes his longsword. The guard (G1) and the soldier move forward and swing their long sword at Sirali. Howeve, they get into each other way and none of them makes contact with the druid. The door open and a man appears wearing a studded leather, bracers with three steel claws sticking out on top, a crossbow on his back and a wand at his belt. He looks at the situation and yells “ HELP! WE ARE UNDER ATTACK!!! He whispers a few arcane words and points toward Dra’gen. (Dra’gen will save need or fall victim of charm person + 5 to roll because you are under attack) Kerraur enters the room and uses his buttered finger and his magic knowledge to make the area where the soldier and the guard are standing slippery. His familiar approaches the soldier next to the door and attacks him with the claws of bleker, hurting the soldier. Dra’gen: -1HP (Ryxikor) -4HP (S1) damages – Currently at 34/39
OOC: Produce Flame: 50 – 1 -10 = 39 rounds left OOC2: Ryxikor: -2 arrows

Gripping the leather wrapped pommel of the drow dagger, Ryxikor sees a nice opprtunity to attack someone while he is completely unaware. The rogue reaches out and around the wooden stand, trying to catch the fighter in a vulnerable spot. After the attack attempt, Ryx pulls out his rapier.

OOC: Will saved. Post your action. IF you can't, I will assume your swrd game back to you and you attack S3 or S1 if S3 is dead. [OOC] Sorry.. swords dissipate as soon as they hit or miss. If they miss, Psychic Strike is still on them when I re-materialize them, if they hit, then they do the normal 1d8 extra dmg. As soon as psychic strike damage is applied, the effect is gone until I spend a round invoking it again. [IC] Dra'gen watches the swords as they find their targets. As soon as they vaporize into nothingness, Dra'gen spins to face the soldier approaching to his left and swings his empty hands at the soldier obviously just out of reach of the soldier. Suddenly a red short sword appears in each hand just before making contact with the soldier. (attacking S3.. I prolly have to step up to make it, so I get only one attack) AC 17 HP 34 1d20+6 8+6 = 14

Initiative: Dra'gen, Ryxikor, Sirali, Padre, Enemies (Action Stopped Here), Kerraur Dra’gen shakes his head at the futility of the spell attempt. Under such circumstances, trying to charm him is a silly proposition. Dra’gen stays poised as he knows he should have hit when he threw his swords. However, sometimes, the gods are not listening. He swings his bare hand at S3 only to have a blade appears at the last moment. However, the blade fails to make contact with the soldier’s armor. Ryxikor, even with the curtain wooden stand is able to stab S3. He tries to go for a kidney but misses it. The rogue feels the frustration of the evil Organripper in his hand which has been denied an organ. Sirali puts her hand on the Guard, burning him more. Padre waits until Sirali has attacked and decides to join the fray. He steps 5 feet forward before swinging his mace at S1. The mass of metal hits the chain mail, hurting the soldier even more. S1 swings at Padre but the trickster cleric easily avoid the blade. G1 and S3 succeed in their reflex save and G1 gets out of the greased area. Sirali is as lucky as Padre as both enemies fail to hit her. The man in the studded leather moves 5 feet and pick up his wand. An evil smile appears on his face as he aims on the elemental familiar. 2 Energy darts shoot and hit Kerraur’s buddy, burning him badly. 4 soldiers and a guard appear, sword and shield in hand. Familiar: -7HP damages – currently at 5/12HP
OOC: Ryxikor and Sirali are NOT flanking S3 so not sneak attack damages. When in doubt about whether two friendly characters flank an opponent in the middle, trace an imaginary line between the two friendly characters’ centers. If the line passes through opposite borders of the opponent’s space (including corners of those borders), then the opponent is flanked.OOC2: Produce Flame: 39 – 1 -10 = 28 rounds left OOC3: Ryxikor: -2 arrows

Kerraur whistles sharply at his familiar, and the extension of his affinity with the element of air gets out of danger's way all too eagerly, after the earlier burns. While it passes by Kerraur, the sorcerer is weaving more magic already: again, he reaches into his pouch for a bit of butter, and again, the ground becomes slippery like that substance.
Familiar: Withdraw, passing through G10 to get out of the threatened area right away, and fly to 5G.
Kerraur: standard: cast Grease on squares E10 - G11.

Standing near the wooden stand at the bottom of the stairs, Ryxikor hears the commotion from more men as they hurry to help. Trying to decide to engage in melee or fire arrows, the rogue takes a different tactic. He drops his dagger and rapier to the floor, near his short bow, making a neat collection of his weapons, then he reaches into the side pouch of his haversack and pulls out a small stick. He strikes the end of the stick hard on surface of the cold stone floor, igniting it just before tossing it towards the doorway and the newcomers to this battle.
AC: 21(19+2 cover) HP: 26/29
free: drop weapons move: grab smokestick from haversack standard: throw towards doorway at E11. Trying to center it on E10 and E11 and the doorway. I guess cover D10, D11, E10 and E11
Do i need to make a roll to get it there? 1d20(18)+8(my ranged attack)=26, that should get it there
Smokestick: This alchemically treated wooden stick instantly creates thick, opaque smoke when ignited. The smoke fills a 10- foot cube (treat the effect as a fog cloud spell, except that a moderate or stronger wind dissipates the smoke in 1 round). The stick is consumed after 1 round, and the smoke dissipates natura
edit: character sheet updated for arrows and smokestick

2nd post
Seeing the newcomers rush to the battle, Ryx quickly kneels down to one knee as he drops his dagger and rapier to the floor. His right hand instinctively moves to his quiver, an action his muscles have know for many years, and grabs an arrow, his left hand reaches out and grabs the short bow. Staying low, kneeling on one knee, Ryxikor brings the drow coated arrow around, quickly nocking it to the bowstring. He hesitates momentarily to see what the bad guys do. Ryx fires his arrow at the first guy who comes thru the dooorway

Beads of sweat form on the elven druid's brow. When rushing into the fray she had not anticipated this many opponents. She takes advantage of the flames still present in the palms of her hands and reaches to touch the enemy she has already burned twice.
Melee touch attack on G1 1d20(10)+5=15 Damage 1d6+5
It's 1 min/level, not 10 mins, so 2 mins left as I've used the attack 3 times.
