Alyana realizes that it is all about delaying the golem until Lorran can do his spell. It is all about giving the gnome time and more time. Time for his spell "
She hesitates between calling in an hyppogryph or healing Kurt. The half-orc is badly hurt but delaying the golem is key. She takes 5 foot back (Free) and calls for an elemental to appear (summon monster III)

Barrend steps back as well, popping a vial from his bandolier and drinking it with speed granted by practice. He grows larger, and gets ready for round two of hitting the golem low, playing the same delaying game as before, but with less running around.
Achinca, the golem has at least a 10 foot reach, you should try to cast the spell defensively to avoid the AoO, concentrate DC15+spell level if I recall correctly.
free action: step back 5 feet (15 feet away from the golem) move action: draw potion from bandolier standard action: drink potion
AoOs: trip, touch attack 1d20+13 (assuming no flanking), trip check 1d20+15, check to resist counter-trip 1d20+23, free attack on successful trip 1d20+13, damage 2d6+13

Focusing more on what the gnome is doing, Theodorre loses his concentration on the golem and ends up reaching for a wand from the side pocket of his magical haversack.
move action: grab wand

Alyanna begins to cast her complicated spell beneath the shadow of the monter. Luckily it isn't bothered with her for now. The golem gets lucky and manages to snap Kurt's back like kindling before tossing the lifeless body several yards to the side.
Lorran continues to complete the ritual, filling the kettle with wispy fragments of arcane ether.
end of round 4 alyanna 70ft away from Lorran, still casting her spell golem 50ft-60ft away from Lorran (it occupies 3 squares) Kurt on -17hp = dead barendd 35ft away from Lorran Everyone else next to Lorran
completed rounds of Lorran's ritual = 2

Kerzeme throws a fireball at the creature, trying not to hit his allies, while coming closer to be able to hit better.
Step forward 20ft. Cast Fireball. I think if I cast it 55 feet from Lorran and a little off the line alyanna - golem - barendd, nobody but the Golem gets hurt. Damage: 6d6 =
0:6 1:8 2:6 3:2
Sorry I didn't pose yesterday, the round started after I last checked for updates.

The enraged dwarf steps back again and continues to hack at the golem's legs, like a woodsman chopping down a very macabre tree, his anger at his comrade's death only showing in the increased power of his attacks.
step 5 more feet back, 20 feet away from the golem, full attack. attacks: 1d20+13=22, 1d20+8=17Damage: 2d6+10=18, 2d6+10=17trip attempts: 1d20+15=34, 1d20+15=25checks to avoid being tripped at 23 at 1d20+23 Free attacks on successful trip: 1d20+13=18, 1d20+8=22Damage on free attacks: 2d6+10=17, 2d6+10=19AoOs: trip attempts, touch attacks at 1d20+13, checks at 1d20+15, free attacks at 1d20+13 and 2d6+10 damage. Hey, decent trip attempts, might actually knock it down. AC: 17 HP: 72+12

As Alyana finishes her spell, the hypogryph appears (Round 1/7) and attacks the golem with all its might (2 claws + 6 1d4 +4 and Bite +1 1d8 +2 ).
Alyana thanks Corellon Larethian for sending the hypogryph when she sees Kurt lifeless body. She knows that this time he is really dead.
Alyana disappears and the Silver Raven returns. The mad woman rushes at the golem and tries to strike it with her heavy mace (+5).

The silver Raven tears at the golem and her celestial creature scratches its tough skin. Neither assualt does it any harm. Barendd's vicious attack only causes a minor wound. The fireball does not seem to do more than dry the ice from the golem's flesh but it sadly catches the hippogryph.
The golem assaults the wild elfwoman with its strong arms, catching her in an embrace devoid of tenderness but full of violence.
Then the kettle before Lorran begins to hum and a fountain of incandescent energy shoots upward for a moment before the gnome bends it to his will and channels the magic towards the golem. The golem screams and thrashes within the coruscating tide as if wearing chains made of ethereal quicksilver. However it cannot break free and turns its attention back on the pesky bipeds surrounding it.
"Now!" shouts Lorran. "Finish it!"
end of round 5 alyanna 65ft away from Lorran, 37 damage golem 50ft-60ft away from Lorran (it occupies 3 squares) Hippogryph (rnd 1/6) takes 10hp fire damage barendd 30ft away from Lorran Everyone else next to Lorran
completed rounds of Lorran's ritual = 3 (finished)

The exertion causes Lorran to slump to the ground with a concerned Eiggor fussing over him. The gnome looks as if he will play no further part in this combat.

Barrend redoubles his efforts in attacking the golem, now that it is weakened to the point where they can hope to beat it.
Attacks: 1d20+13=22, 1d20+8=14Damages: 2d6+10=21, 2d6+10=19Trip Attempts: 1d20+15=30, 1d20+15=20Free attack: 1d20+13=30Free damage: 2d6+10=17AoOs: attacks at 1d20+13, damage 2d6+10. If damage is above 10, free trip attempt at 1d20+15, if successful, free attack at 1d20+13, 2d6+10 damage.

Theodorre jerks when Lorran yells, as if waking from a deep slumber. The half-elf wizard points his wand at the giant and unleashes it's magick, as he watches the arrow of acid speed towards it's target.
attack: with melfs acid arrow 1d20(9)+5=14

The pain is unbereable as the golem strikes her. Her body wants her to run away and disappear. But her mind has a different idea. She sees Kurt's dead body and her rage double. She takes 5 feet back and casting defensively, she heals herself, dropping her last level 3 spell (searing light).
M: 5 step back. Casting defensively (combat casting) A: cast CSW on herself = 3d8 + 6 = 2 + 3 + 7 + 6 = 18 Currently at 50 - 37 + 18 = 31

Theo's wand misses its target and also the large dwarf blocking part of his view*. Alyanna somehow managed to avoid being crippled beneath the monster's massive limbs and her summoned creature's attacks cause wicked wounds to open on the golem. Barendd's attacks also seem to bypass the golem's preternatural defences and hurt the creature more. It doesn't drip much blood but the eyes become slightly dimmer. Taliea manages to strike with one of her arrows. It sinks in to a fleshy shoulder.
In return the golem lashes at Alyanna once more inflicting hideous wounds
Alyanna 29 damage golem is over 50% wounded positions as before but alyanna is 75ft away from the collapsed Lorran
*actually it should have hit barendd but as DM i gave you the benefit of the doubt for not realising barendd would provide cover (for being in melee with it and between you and the golem). i also assumed you dont have the precise shot feat (let me know if im wrong)
