I second the motion from Cal. In addition, the advantage of started at low levl, is that you get used to the characters and their abilities and when they go up in level, there is just a little more to learn about them. Every campgain mid level (6+) I entered in PBP has failed.

No Cal, Dont expect me to DM again. I think it sux that you Cal can just do anything you want on here, My game was just about over Too bad I already posted in Achinca's game, because if I had read this first, I would be done playing here. Yeah it started getting fucked up when Cal starting rushing me, so that he could start his own game, again thats funny when Cal had the opportunity to DM and declined, f**k you

dude, i know you're upset and i'll publicly apologise to you. sorry buddy.
i truly don't want to fall out with a friend. a friend i've known longer than anyone else on this site.
please understand my motives, the multi-DM game was stressing not just myself but other people and i think the time had come to call it a day.
it has nothing to do with me being the next DM and 'wanting to get back in the saddle'; i was landed with that spot after all the other spots were taken
you have to realise that your DM style has amazing and wonderful touches but that it also had raw and rough edges. but that is to be expected from a rookie.
once again, sorry dude but i felt it had to be done. you're a great player and i don't want to see you go

I'm saddened that the game has ended in this way. I hope as Achinca pointed out that we can all remember that DnD is "just" a game and that we are all still friends here. As the owner of this site, I'd like to state that in future, no-one should end an other person's game without there being a vote beforehand in which everyone can take part. Ending a game is the choice of the DM and not the players. While I do understand Cal's point of view that the game seemed to be stressing people out I think that he should have consulted the rest of us before pulling the plug, especially given that this was Puff's first go at being a DM online and the game was almost over.

Fair comment and a decision I will accept She-elf
however in my defence, I was appointed a moderator for the multi-DM game after discussion with the players. I inferred that that put me in a position to make the tough decisions. I thought long and hard about the impact the game was having on myself. I admit i was failing several Will saving throws for CHA damage but when other people started getting grumpy in another game on this site i felt i had to pull the plug. i sent a PM to Puff and also made my decision public with a full and frank explanation. i also provided balanced feedback (in my opinion).
I've known puff longer than anyone else and regard him as a friend and a d**n fine role-player. and i wouldn't want a RPG to come between us.
i am a responsible person and willing to account for my actions. I also will accept blame for my shortcomings.
i'll step down as the multi-DM moderator as i have failed in my duties. apologies to the rest of the players here at fantastic lands and i'll ask she-elf to remove my moderator priviledges.
Puff, we're buddies. hope you'll forgive me.

Cal, just so ya know, i'm still pretty pissed, i came close to just deleting theo Now, i'm only writing this cause cal has apologized a couple of times. first of all, cal u r an exceptional moderator, i believe u know more of the rules, and better also, than anyone. BUT, i also feel that before you make such a drastic decision, you should have discussed things with BOTH the DM of said game, and the owner of the site itself, i think she elf has a say in such a drastic move, and i trust she would be a good voice helping in the outcome of the situation. Now, you made a mistake, dont make another one, especially one that is gonna piss me off. NOW, u are not allowed to step down as moderator. you are only allowed to b*tch about ur skillz as a moderator, like i do my DMing or achinca did about whatever that was, BUT are not allowed to take action, like stepping down. Do you want me to be moderator, yeah, I thought not. you are still moderator of the multi-DM game.... cough, cough, clears throat.......only with a couple less privileges maybe so pick ur gavel back up and get back up in ur high chair, hmmm is highchair correct, Now if u had just spoke with me, u would have found this out. This is a favor to achinca....... Jake was already dead, Taliea comes pretty close, if not, to killing brock, kurt is close to killing derrick, and with jake dead the girls would have run to their mother and all three of them were gonna run off, never to be seen from again.... clears throat again, leaving derrick behind to die. With a little investigation, kurt would have found his smelly shirt he lost in the very begining of the game, like the first few days of this game, remember that cal??... in the dog pen, hmmm, ahhh, now we might know why the dogs came straight for cal the half orc , yes they were in league with the orcs and ogres. AND, if you had checked the smokehouse you would have found everything that is needed to smoke meats, hahahahahah, butchery tools, the wood to smoke with, different slices and cuts of meat, with just a few pigs and sides of beef BUT a bunch of torsos of humans elves and halflings, (no one wants to eat a dwarf). AND YES, before hand I would have needed a marching order, so i would know who was ahead of theo and would have therefore been the recipient of the puke all over their back, when he would have thrown up from seeing what he had been eating the last couple-few months I actually went in and tried to delete my posts, i would have deleted every single post i made in that game, if cal hadnt locked it up!!!!!!!!!!!! btw im still pretty pissed *=i take that pregnant dog!!

I refuse to second a motion to remove Cal as a moderator. If She-elf wants to do it fine, it is her site but I believe he acted with the best intentions and sometinges it backfires.
He acted responsibly by apologizing after realizing that it backfires.
I understand Puff is P.O. and I am sorry for that.
I also wants to thanks Puff for explaining the story line in the end and I cannot imagine how fun the RP would have been if Theo had pucked on Alyana considering she was developing feeling.
So let's all shakes virtual hands and move on!
PEACE!!

those of you that know kurt will realise he would be loathe to miss an opportunity to die surrounded by the corpses of fallen enemies gutted by his own bare hands.
the ONLY way out of this city is via airship and Kurt has given up his opportunity

Crap... so what do we do now? Join him in a final doomed battle, and hope that we get resurrected by someone that later finds the battle site, or let him die and come back after the battle is through to drag him out?
Cal Edit: Not to worry, Kurt will be rezzed for the next game. Anyone who's watched Kurt fight Kobolds will know this is the way he likes it.
The city is lost (be absolutely clear about this - it is being overrun by enemies and the city's protective magma seals are being destroyed so soon everything, friend and foe, will be burnt alive unless they have fire resistance obviously) and nothing that the characters do will alter this fact
the dwarves are not coming back for decades, centuries or probably ever and any bodies will be buried under ash and igneous rock a la Pompeii.
i'll be making a post during or after the weekend whether everyone has posted or not
