Augustine tries to provide cover for Odlin with his bow. He stays behind the wall. Stadvas stays also behind the wall, and tries to peek in the sarcophagi to see if undead are again about to jump up but he cannot tell. There might be a skeleton lying in the first sarcophagi but he is not sure. Ryxikor switches place with Augustine and as Miriam takes Odlin place, the crafty rogue checks the female cleric. Although she is not of elven beauty, she is quite endowed or her armor makes her look quite endowed. Too bad for him she has not made one comment about him. Odlin decides to climb up and down the mini-barrier. He tries to be silent but discretion is not his forte. He takes a peak and first he sees a large, worn leather backpack sits near three unfurled bedrolls along the southern wall. The only issue is that three of the hairy and horned hobgoblins the group fought before (i.e. varags) were sleeping on the bedroll and are now getting up and grabbing their weapons. Roll Initiative Please!!!!!
OOC: Please note that it take one full round to go pass the mini wall they build and only two one you can do it in first round. OOC2: If you character move, please tell the ending location and what path does he takes.

Stadvas is the first to attempt to climb the wall. He brings his weapon over the wall, and then attempts to make the iron-clad rest of himself follow to his friend's aid.

Augustine clambers over the sarcophagus tops, ending up on the other side. He starts to hold his weapon defensively in front of him, and then realizes that he is still holding his bow, and that it won't be very good at parrying.

Odlin steps forward hoping to buy his colleagues time before the enemies attack. Wryly he thinks that these rousing varags may fall asleep again with fortune and the dwarf's mental will to wrap the elements of other dimensions to his mortal whim.

Ryxikor waits to be the last one over, so that he may be take advantage of his stealthiness.
init: 1d20(15)+3=18 But how long will it take til he can climb over. He might wait one more round, to hide. Maybe ya'll should move the fight to A-E squares , then I could sneak attack them. That straw is probably trapped.

Initiative: Augustine, Ryxikor, Odlin, Stadvas, Miriam, Varags (action stopped here) Beginning of Round 1 Augustine easily climbs over the mini wall and face the enemies, using his bow as a shield. Ryxikor moves to the wall, waiting for Augustine to move forward and give him room to climb. Odlin moves forwards and decides to unleash his powerful magic. He throws a pinch of red, yellow and blue powder in the air and mutters a few arcane words. A cone shape burst appears and engulf the nearest varag and the leader. The nearest varag is affected and looks blinded and stunned (round 1/3). The varag leader seems unaffected. Stadvas tries to climb the wall but it is too hard for him. Miriam, seeing the warrior difficulties into climbing the mini wall decides to help him. (Successful aid another Stadvas +2 at next climbing attempt). Using his spring attack, the varag leader, primitively insulting Odlin in goblin approaches the wizard, swings its scimitar and cuts real deep into the wizard skin then retreat back to the northern wall. The second varag uses the same tactic as his leader, except that its fails to connect with the wizard skin. End of Round 1 Odlin: -8HP of damages – Currently at 11/19

Odlin decides to take advantage of the blinded Varag while preparing for the other varags to attack him. He hopes Ryx and his buddies will get there soon to help dispatch this vile critter.

Augustine sends an arrow at the stunned varag, skewering it through the head, but somehow missing any of the vital organs contained within. He then moves up with Odlin, drawing his sword as he goes.
Fight defensively, attack V3 over Odlin, move to G8 Attack: 1d20+3=23Confirmation: 1d20+3=4Damage: 1d8+4 We have choke points at K6 and 7, but we would not be able to fit everyone in that area unless two people can share spaces, and the spring attacking varags wouldn't have to stay still to get attacked again when they were attacking from the east (AoOs would be provoked attacking from the north, since two would threaten it). Just an observation, in case someone can think of use for it.

Initiative: Augustine, Ryxikor, Odlin, Stadvas, Miriam, Varags (action stopped here) Beginning of Round 2 Augustine shoots the blind and stunned varag and his arrow easily pierces the monster’s hide. After that he moves next to Odlin. Ryxikor climbs over the wall, wondering what his next move should be. Odlin moves toward the blind and stunned varag and hits him real hard with his cudgel, breaking a tusk. Stadvas tries again to climb the wall with Miriam’s but his armor gets in the way and he falls back on the wrong side of the wall. Miriam, moves in a different position and tries again to help the warrior, hopefully succeeding in sending him to the other side of the wall. (Successful aid another Stadvas +2 at next climbing attempt). The varag leader realizes that Augustine is a new danger and his arrows could take away his spring attack so he assign him as the new target. He runs toward the ranger and hits him in a masterful way, nearly piercing Augustine heart. After that he runs back to his original position. The second varag uses the same tactic as his leader but once again, fails to cut its enemy. End of Round 2 Augustine: -13HP (critical) of damages – Currently at 7/20

Augustine tries to finish the blinded Varag, but he is too pre-occupied defending himself to make contact.
Fight defensively, attack V3. Attack 1d20=4AC: 19 HP: 7 Soon as Stadvas gets up here, I will be falling back for healing, if I stay vertical for that long.
