Ilya: I was wrong. Congrats. The DM didn't opt to fill the room with soldiers, which I just don't get. Most characters only get one AoO per round, it's not that awful a price to pay to fill the room with your men.
Anyway, what's the plan this round?

The reason the room did not fill in is because the way I saw the cultists. I think they are crazy but they are not suicidal. The first guy would suffer a large number of AoO for the others to come in and likely die. They are willing to doe for the cult in a fight, not just commit suicide. They are not heroes. I try to play the ennemy smart rather than a bunch of brainless hordes and understand their psychology. They are low level fighters, not even at the guard level. |

Ya know, theres still a mage up top level.
Once Ryx moves up, and valandir, only about two soldiers can come in.
Is this correct?
Surely we can handle them, Ryx hasnt taken any damage yet.

Sorry guys for disappearing! It was unplanned, but I've been finding it a bit much to run my game in the multi-DM game and also be a player, so I've messaged Achinca asking him if it's ok for me to take a step back from this game for the time being in order that I can run my game more effectively. Hopefully then I'll be able to finish it nice and quickly and come back to this one.
Apologies once again, I hope I haven't caused too much trouble.

Now thats why Ilya didnt need to waste his spells on theselast soldiers, he is gonna have to battle 3 mages  We need to let the soldiers thru somehow, wish Padre could have moved, then 2 soldiers could come onto this landing. Surely we can beat the crap out of 2 soldiers |

What's the plan for this round?
(If Valandir had a healer behind him, he'd be willing to take point and beat the soldiers down the stairs.)
