As the group walks, after leaving Mrs. Warehorn's store, Ryx speaks up, "What exactly are we doing next? We just made progress, we know the piece of cloth was his," he says as he jabs his thumb over his shoulder indicating the store, "so we know the scuffle imprints are more than likely the abduction spot for these young men. Should we continue trying to find the families of the men? And if we do, are we gaining enough information from them to continue our invetigation here inthe city? Or are we wasting valuable time and maybe risking their lives if they are still alive?"

Dra'gen thinks for a moment and says to Ryx Well, hopefully, one of the other families might have some kinda of clue as to who, why, or where they were taken. Maybe one of the families had a scuffle with someone or something. Just thinking it could possibly make finding them easier and faster.
He looks at Ryx Do you think we should skip talking to the other families and get back to where the scuffle started? It would definitely be less wasted time if the parents don't have any more info to offer...

The group eaves Mrs. Warehorn shop and walks toward the exit of the city. Ryxikor keeps his hat low to hide his race. Dra’gen finds a shop and buys a hooded clock (0.5 GO please adjust character sheet).
A discussion ensues about what should the group do next? Should they talk to Tren’s parents? Or should they go where they found the sign of the scuffle? Is time the essence or is trying to gather information more critical?
Neither Kerraur nor Sirali have spoken yet.
Padre stays silent. He will follow the group decision.

Ryxikor finally succumbs and agrees to find Tren's parents next. He follows Padre as he knows the city the best. They try and make haste, because time may be of the essence.

"Yes, I think it would be good to try and get more information. We may learn something vital that will save us time in the long-run" Sirali does not purchase a cloak, she worries that if the group all hide their features they may end up attracting even more suspicion, so she puts up with the sinister stares for now.

Kerraur nods to his friend. "And if the families hear we have shown an interest but not talked to them, that can be taken the wrong way. Especially in this city." He adds.

Your words are true my friend says the elf. Padre, do you know the way to this boy, Tren's house? We should make haste.

Padre nods at Dra'gen's comments. The directions are pretty clear, I believe
Padre leads the group of out Jaspervik. The stares are there but it looks like people are happy to see them leave the city. As they exit throuhg ones of the main guarded wooden double doors, the group can hear, "good riddance, this kind does not belong here" and other pleasant comments.
After a walk, the group arrives at Tren's parents farm. It is a medium size building with big barns on each side. It is slightly past mid-day as the sun shines real high in the sky. A couple of men are repairing a fence. Some poultry is roaming free in the courtyard.

Sirali ignores the remarks as the group leave the city, thinking it preferable not to get involved in such unpleasantries.
As they near Tren's family's home, she cautiously approaches the men outside. "Greetings gentlemen, we are looking for the parents of Tren."

The workers look at the group and points to the farm. "Mr. Redburn is in town on business but MRs. Redburn is in the house.
The group approaches the farmhouse when a tall and skinny woman comes out. She looks at the entire group before asking Why are you trespassing and what is it you want?

"We are not 'trespassing', milady. At least, I'd rather not call it that." the sorcerer answers. "We are, rather, visiting... We are here..." He bows again, "because we have given our word to do all within our power to retrieve Wintas Warehorn, and we would appreciate it if you would help us with that... after all, finding him will help us to retrieve your son as well."
Kerraur cuts to the chase, seeing that if they are not hasty about their intentions here, they may be misinterpreted and trouble may ensue.

The tall and skinny woman looks at the sorcerer with disbelief in her eyes. "So you are willing to help? Why? Were you hired by the Warehorn? What is it in for you? Why would you care when the JAspervik Guards have told us he is dead, eaten by some witches who are now awaiting execution?
She stops and shakes her head. She makes a movement from her hand and a few people come out of hiding. They were carrying pitchfork and wooden clubs. She makes a second movement and all return to their activities.
She starres at Kerraur I knew our luck could not last. When Tren told us he was able to negociate better prices for our wheat, I could not believe it. The rich trading families would never allow this to stand. After Tren disappeared, we went to the trading families and offered to go back to the old terms if Tren would reappear but they pretended they did not know what happened to him. Listen, I love my son. I know deep in my heart that he is alive. My husband with two of his brothers have been looking for 3 days now. If you want to help, get moving. LAst time he was seen was going to Jaspervik to celebrate with Wentas.

"In it for us, milady? The chance to keep our promise, right now. Before we can move, we could use some answers. If they were headed to celebrate, where would they be celebrating? And do you have any idea why they would be in the forest? We found some of Wintas' tunic there."

arriving at Tren's parent's farm As the group approaches the men working on the fence, Ryx makes casual talk, "What damaged your fence like that?" (He only asks if it is really damaged like something tearing it down, not just for minor maintenance work) Holding the broken arrow, he asks the men if they might know who made it.
at the farmhouse with Mrs. Redburn Ryx again holding the broken arrow, "We're also wondering if anyone knows who makes these arrows." he asks sheepishly, holding the broken arrow up and stroking the fletchlings, hoping somebody might recognize something.

(It was minor fence repairs, more like maintenance)
Ryxikor shows the arrow to the two farm workers. They shake their head, indicating that they are farm workers, not fighters.
MRs. Redburn shakes her head. "I am not sure where they went to celebrate. Tren is a grown man. I know that they did not like the places in Jaspervik at it seems that having a good time is frowned upon by the Trading Families. Tren mentioned a place out of the city where good times still reign. He did not say it was in the forest. The guards said that the witches operated under the fakeness of a tavern. I let my boys be boys and taught them to assume their responsibilities if they do something stupid.
The woman voice is strong but a detail look at her face shows deep circle under her eyes due to lack of sleep.
Ryxikor shows the broken arrow but does not get any information as the only people with military knowledge are the adventurers themselves.
