Kurt Barendd and Kerzeme move carefully towards the ice bridge whereas Alyanna and Taliea move away from it.
Theo does nothing and remains with the panicking dogs.
The noise gets louder turning in to a roar. In the distance, the snow looks uniform and non descript. Then in the distance the snow begins to churns as if a large shark is cresting the waves although all that can be seen is a large mound of snow being thrown up in to the air from a distance away but closing rapidly
Kurt, Kerzeme and Barendd are 290 yards form the bridge Theo is 300 yards Alyanna and Taliea did a double move and are 320 yards from the bridge
whatever is after the adventurers is in the distance, maybe several hundred yards away but closing rapidly. no-one has a good look at it but it appears to be big (see description given by Gershault)

Alyana realizes that this has to be it. No way she can stop that thing. She looks at Kerzeme "You realize this is pure suicide don't you?"
She yells at the rest "Please hurry and go help Talie gets the cargo accross the bridge. I do not know how much we can delay that thing, if at all."
She close her eyes and prays as she keeps putting distance between her and the group to give them a chance "Corellon Larethian, we will meet tonight or likely even sooner!"
Please explicitly declare and post a (M)ove anda (S)tandard action please

"Eh? What's suicide? Oh, that." The carelessness with which he looks at the closing, nondescript mass can also be heard in his voice. "Of course it's not, don't worry, we'll be perfectly fine, whatever was harassing those townsfolk can't be a match for us. We'll take it easily, come on." Carefully moving so that Kurt is between him and the approaching monster, he announces, "We'll be fine! Remember, I am the Maitre Magicorum." While doing this, he makes sure he personally is not only protected by Kurt's body, but also by four additional copies of himself.
Move action: get behind Kurt Standard action: Cast Mirror image, for 1d4+2=2+2=4 copies.
Spells left: 0:6 1:8 2:5 3:4
the standard spell has range Personal so it only copies Kerzeme Sorry, my wording wasn't clear.

Barrend move back towards Alyana and Taliea, saying "Smart thing to do right now's probably run, try to beat it to the bridge. We going to try that? If not," he unslings his guisarme and pulls out a potion vial, "I can do stupid."
Kerzeme has a +5 to convince the animals to move, we might be able to beat it there, especially if one of the magic-users has some sort of way to slow it down. Otherwise, hopefully all out assault with spells and arrows before it gets into range will weaken it enough for us to kill it before it hurts us too badly.
Please explicitly declare and post a (M)ove anda (S)tandard action please

Kurt realises that the cargo needs to be protected. He fails to get them to move anywhere.
M: move back to the dogs and theo M: handle animal d20-1 = 8 (fail, DC10)
Am waiting on various players to state their Move and Stanard actions as events unfold in combat rounds. initiative is unimportant as the party is going first every round

It could be the full belly from breakfast and lunch, or maybe the fact he is wearing an extra layer of warm furs, or possibly the fact that he, Theodorre is working with the sled team, anyway Theo is in a good mood this very cold day. The wizard still remains uncharacteristicly quiet, perhaps still mulling over the statement made by Alyana about a necromancer, after-all necromancy is the half-elf's specialty. Putting the thought far out of his mind, Theo smiles and rides the dog sled, squinting from the glare on the snow, he calls the dogs out by name, "On Dasher, on Dancer, on Prancer and Vixen. On Comet, on Cupid, on Donner and Blitzen! Haha haha haha!"
Theo quickly pays more attention to his suuroundings when he hears the loud moan. As he sees the crest of snow, his mind races through his knowledge he has gained over the years of research, trying to figure out what kind of large creature burrows under the snow like that, and how fast such a creature might move. Knowing the dogs would be an easy kill and dinner for such a beast, the wizard, without much knowledge of handling such animals, cracks the whip above the dogs heads and tries to get the sled to move towards the bridge. Realizing he may be a target also, Theo is ready to abandon the sled at a moments notice.
move: move dogs standard: ready action: jump from the sled if needed knowledge (nature): 1d20(13)+3=16 handle animal: 1d20(8)+2=10, lucky!!

Seeing that Theo successfully got the dogs across the bridge. Taliea keeps her bow drawn ready, waiting for the creature to come into range. At the same time she watches her comrades - if they all decide to cross the bridge, she'll wait til last and cover the rear.
Ready Action: Shoot if the creature comes in range, 3 shots as I have the rapid shot feat. Attack +9/+9/+4 Dmg 1d6+2 for each arrow

The sled dogs are relieved to be moving once more.
In the distance, waves of snow and ice break as whatever is burrowing through the powder heads towards the group.
As yet, the only visible manifestation of the oncoming monster is the turmoil caused by its approach.
theo and dogs; 840 feet from the bridge kerzeme 840 feet from the bridge kurt 900 feet from the bridge alyana, barendd, taliea are 960 feet
monster about 1000 feet (?) away from the party and closing fast
PLEASE DECLARE ALL ACTIONS PER COMBAT ROUND i.e. (M)ove and (S)tandard actions. you can swap a standard action for a move action.

Alyano looks around her and see Taliea and Barrend. Kerzeme and Kurt have disappeared.
"Today must be good day to die as I will no die alone"
Double move toward the monster

Barrend calls out to Alyana, "Wait! Don't charge it! We need the crate safe, the beast don't matter, as long as we keep it away from the crate."
He then waits, potion in hand, hoping that their healer won't continue her suicidal charge. If she does, he'll follow, but dying hurts.
S: ready action to drink the potion of enlarge person if the creature gets within 500 feet of any of the party members (probably Alyana). M: none (can't ready moves, can you?)
I'm hoping that if the sled gets onto the bridge, the creature won't be able to follow for long, due to the weight of something that size.

Alyana stops as she hears Barrend and looks back and sees that Theo has taken control of the dogs. She will keep judging the distance of the dogs to the bridge and the monster to them and starts retreating only if the dogs are getting closer.
Translation: Once there is enough distance between her group and the dogs, she will start pulling back at the same speed of the dogs. However, if the monster is super fast, she will stand her ground. Sorry, but as DM i cannot make judgements and decisions for you. the game is currently being run in combat rounds so post your ACTIONS for this round. you can always decide to do something different next round. please note that the creature seems to be a lot faster than you (hint, hint )

"She's positively insane. Completely crazy." Kerzeme states with a smirk. Four copies of the sorcerer all scratch some bat guano off their respective robes, and roll it into small balls between their fingers in nearly the same, semi-automatic movement. "Well, who's up for baking something unpleasant?" The ball of guano on his palm, he steps back towards the approaching threat.
Single move action back towards the thing, ready action: cast Fireball if it, some way, comes within 640 feet.

As I understand it, you're moving towards the bridge, we're guarding the rear, hopefully getting to safety shortly after you do, far more likely slugging it out with the monster while you get away with the crate.
