Taliea is shocked to see Jake turn on the people she had believed to be his friends. She draws her longbow with lightning speed and rapidly shoots two arrows at one of the dogs. The half-elf hopes that if they take the dogs down first, Jake might come to his senses before the group is forced to kill him too. Not to mention she is exceptionally good at killing animals.

Figured I'd post the first round action already. I know you didn't ask for it but hey... Atk: 1d20(12)+11=23/1d20(8)+6=14 Dmg: 1d8(8)+4+2=14/1d8(6)+4+2=12
I'm adding an extra +2 to damage as I have animals as favoured enemies ;D I haven't added the +1 for Point Blank Shot as I didn't think the dogs were within 30 feet, if they've run that far already, I'll let you add that yourself, cheers.

Kurt, initially wanting to take a sensible approach to conflict, is persuaded by his comrades. Fighting is a risky endevour, so the half-orc prepares to take some risks.
He moves quickly to get to the tavern/
double move (40ft per move) move to P10>O9>C9>B10 during the move, draw his warhammer.
"Get cover! Back in to the trees!" shouts Kurt as he fights a rearguard action.
stay where i am but use total defence for +4AC. Male AoO against baddies trying to get past me.

if we get in to the trees then mr fireball cant hurt us with spells (unless he leaves the building) and we can pick of jake and his bitches at our leisure. or we can come back in the night and torch jake's tavern

Barrend drinks another potion, and again grows to dwarf (pun unintentional) those around him.
Initiative: 1d20+3=16Stand in R and S, 10 and 11 (from expansion). Make AoOs (up to 3) on anything that provokes it, most likely a dog. I can hit anything that is 15 or 20 feet away with the guisarme, and the attack is provoked before movement is completed, so the closest one can't move more than 5 feet without getting filleted. Attacks would be 1d20+9, damage 2d6+12, due to a power attack 2. Saving rage, in case there are some powerful enemies inside. HP: 72/72 AC: 19 Reflex: +3 (in case people chuck more fireballs).

Y apologies ive messed up, i didnt count the 20' radius for the fireball Im doing it now, then i will accept changes to actions, as I believe some will want to change theirs, to help a fallen comrade

Ok, 1st of all I messed up. I'll make rolls this time, sorry Theo already got hit Kerzeme: no save -27hp, now at -2/25, because of this the first 2 arrows fly towards KURT , which i will roll last. Barrend: no save -26hp Kurt: no save -30hp Alyana: finally a save -12 Taliea: save -8hp
both arrows hit kurt for -14 hp
very sorry folks, please be patient with me

My action will depend on what the others do, hopefully you all won't sneak in posts while I'm in class, but if not, I'll move if everyone else is moving, and stay in a position where my 20 foot reach (which is a good name for a rock band) is covering the rear.

OOC: Based on the new data I will change Alyana's post.
Alyana screams as the unexpected attack happens. Her scream is not a scream of pain by a scream of anger. Suddenly her face is tough. All the kindness that is in Alyana's eyes is gone. In addition her voice is tougher, more masculine.
she sees the damages around her and notices that Kerzeme is down. "Jake, your dirty pig. You will pay for your treachery and you will be sorry for what you did. Your daugther will serve your remains to your bitches."
She goes into commanding mode which is definitively nod Alyana's style. "Kurt, Barrend, provide us cover from the dogs while we go get cover behind the smoke house. Taliea, Theo, help me bring Kerzeme to the side."
Alyana will grab Kerzeme and go take cover behind the smoke house to be away from the range fighters. If she can, we will use a wand charge to reanimate Kerzeme this round. If not, she will do it to the next round.
HP: 38/50 AC: 19 Spell: 0 5/5; 1 4/4 +1d; 2 4/4 +1d; 3 3/3 +1d
OOC: given the damages, Alyana/The Silver Raven would go along with a retreat to be able to do an orchestrated attack.

OOC: As Achinca's iniative roll was higher than mine...
Taliea is desperate to kill the dogs and give Theo a chance to come to his senses, but she sees Kerzeme fall to the fireball and hears Alyana's shouts to help her move him. She assists her half-kin and helps her to pick up the sorcerer and move him to safety.
If I have time, I'll draw my bow while Alyana heals Kerzeme, so I'll have time for a full attack next round.
HP: 36/44 AC: 20

Shouldn't Kurt have more than 24 HP? We healed up and rested a night, he has 42 HP on his character sheet.
Also, would that fence happen to have holes between the slats? And does it go around the whole town, or does it end? If it ends, does it end near the tavern? Not that Barrend would know, but he could ask someone that does. I'm thinking that guisarme + fence = broken fence, if we want to go around.

I checked and he is, regrettably, right: After the previous fight, he had 18 HP. Then we slept, so he gained 1HP per character level. 18+6=24 24-30-14=24-44=-20. He's dead.
