Ryxikor is supposed to be last. Him and brettnor should trade places. And actually I planned to hold back a few moments to give the others time to get into the room without ruining Ryx's chances to hide. Then he was gonna enter by himself and skirt around the wall. Thats gives Brettnor a chance to heal those on the front line and ryx time and room to hide. sorry .. my bad. Imagine B and R switched. right now R is still on the stair. You can delay tyour action nowthat the surprise round is over.

Remember, he is 20' in the air, we can't all stay on this side of him. What happened to flanking. Ryx can't try and move to the other side, he'l be seen for sure. Someone has got to try and run to get to the other side of him so we can take advantage of the flank, especially Ryx.

Hmmm, now that I look at it again, 2 people need to try and get to the other side of the room.

I don't think flank happens unless he is on the ground, are you just wanting to be able to avoid provoking an AoO getting around him when he is on the ground?

Remeber that it is a wymrling (or tiny creature) meaning that in a melee attack, it needs to enter the square to attack, generating an AoO. Of course, Noak know that.

Cal, I thought that the previous round ray en enfeblement was the last one spell you had. Did you have two of them? The group agreed NOT to rest and move forward which is why I have Brettnor out of spells.
The risk of Darax converting Urrtarr to his side was to great for the group to take.
I know you re weakened which is why the dragon is tiny. If you were at ful strength, the ddragon would be 1 CR higher (Very young).

Okay, it's an insane idea, not doable under any circumstances, but if we get some goblin help to carry the money (perhaps for a modest fee for the goblins), the townspeople will see goblins carrying spoils for the heroes. What better proof that we won can you imagine?
Of course, we would go out before them so they don't get shot a lot.

I was going to suggest that as well, just hire them to carry the stuff that is over heavy encumberance for us. That is assuming that we are allowed what is in the dragon's lair, was that part of the agreement? And how should we deal with what is left of the treasure hidden in the chapel? Should we attempt to get Urrtarr to let us have it, saying that they are sacred to the dwarven followers of Moradin?

Yeah, we do have to. The treasure in the chapel technically falls outside the agreement, since it is part of the hoard nor taken from dead goblins... Now, do we just tell the truth, slightly warp the truth by saying it was all ours and we simply temporarily dropped it off while only a part of it is, to be exact my armour, which I left there, and... did anyone else leave anything else? Or we could go with your idea. Or we could send the rogue out sneaking and subtly taking it. That's what they do, right?

I didn't leave anything there, but there was a fancy holy symbol of moradin, which wouldn't really make sense for it to be ours, though Odlin could ask to take it as it is holy to dwarves.

just to make sure you get it: about 2500 of the 4000+ coins are COPPER. Before you go on hiring people and mules, you might want to make sure the treasure is worth it.

Right. About 2500... How much are copper coins worth per pound?

5s per pound, 50 coins per pound, 10 copper is one silver. 2500c/10=250s/10=25g. Might be best to leave it, if we can't carry it, I made a mistake in my previous post saying how much the coins weighed, I divided 4000 by 5 rather than 50, they weigh 80 pounds rather than 800. The treasure shouldn't actually be too heavy, we could probably carry it all and only go down to medium encumberance, assuming we have enough room in our bags for all those coins. The copper would be 50 pounds of the 4000 coins, that would have us carrying 30+ pounds of coins if we only took silver, gold, and platinum. We should bring the dragon's carcass with us as proof, or at least its head, and maybe Urrtarr, if she agrees, for diplomacy's sake.
I am leaving for the next week, please don't get into too much trouble without me.

Achinca, I'd like confirmation on that. This treasure... are there really 90-odd pounds of coins? And, do we have anything but coins? Valuable vases and paintings, gems, jewelry, golden idols, ancient relics of unspeakable power, anything else that Stadvas could gamble away...? If yes, how much do those weigh?

Ilya, sorry but it is all coins plus a ring and a cape. Scrolls and potions were all destroyed by noak who was an evil little brat. Other common items where used by the goblins and stolen by you after you killed the goblin.
Odlin is allowed to copy a spell from Urrtarr spellbook.
Are you guys going back to Barrow's Edge?
