i wonder if people had any ideas for encouraging new DMs. i raise this point because i have been asked to give out spots in my campaign but i sadly dont have the spaces (and that's before i start going on about invitations and what-not : if people were willing to run a small game like a one-off adventure, they could swap and let someone else DM instead. Currently 50% of the-people-in-the-entire-world-that-would-make-me-want-to-play-in-their-game are members of this site. PS - just to make things clear, i am NOT an admin on this site, just a concerned member. the only admin is she-elf.

I spoek with She-elf offline but I can run a published module if there is a demand for it but I cannot run a home grown campaign.

Hi, I've created a new board where you can advertise a game if you want, Achinca. You DO have my permission to be a DM and I know a couple of sites where I might be able to recruit players.

Cal, any good entry level module (25 points buy (sound familiar). I was thinking "The Sunless Citadel" .....

Cal, any good entry level module (25 points buy (sound familiar). I was thinking "The Sunless Citadel" ..... LOL! you made me chuckle with that line ol' friend! much as i loved playing the start of sunless citadel, it wouldnt be the same without Kurt wading up to his knees in fallen kobold adversaries. you could think about running your own RoJ adventure here but with a different cast? It is a really good adventure and campaign world too. premade adventures can lack that vital spark you get with a homegrown adventure but on the plus side it does mean that you have more spare time. in the end it is up to you. you might not need to run any adventures if there aren't any players but if you do decide to run a game then i'd give it an earnest look!
