Savenleye follows Dra'gens lead, moving to an area that could give her the advantage soon. (She'll move to A10.)
Looking at the wizard with the stone-shaped indent on his forhead, she settles into a defensive position.

Initiative: Ryxikor, Savenleye, Sirali, Dra'gen, enemies, (Action stopped here) Kerraur, Padre
Kerraur waits patiently knowing that the battle is about to end soon, hopefully.
Padre swings his mace at Hangarath’s hand and hits it hard. He does not hurt the wizard but disarms him as the wand falls on the ground. Ryxikor moves in a position to flank the wizard (added a new row and R is now in A12). Organripper digs deep into the back of the wizard and finds the heart of cultist. The rogue feels the dagger shakes as the wizard loses all of his life force. He falls down and dies before he can see who killed him.
Savenleye moves into the forest, in total defense, ready to pound on the lone remaining awake cultist.
Sirali waits, making sure that if the cultist tries to run away, she can catch him.
Dra’gen moves forward and flanks S4.
Shaken by the dead of his leader, S4 swings at Padre but fails miserably.

Sirali joins Padre and the others in taking down the last sentry. She opts for the more mundane use of her Scimitar, the flames on her palms winking out and she steps forward drawing the weapon.

Ryxikor stands up from a crouching position behind Hangarath as the mage slumps to the ground, fresh dark crimson blood dripping off The rogue's deadly dagger. The elf looks to Padre and gives the cleric a sinister smile and wink as he slips his unused rapier back in it's sheath. He then leans over, picks up the wand and puts it in his belt, not wanting it used on any one of his group again. Leaving the rest of the group to the last remaining fighter, Ryx turns and takes a step towards where the sleeping guard lies.

Savenleye sees the guard shaken up and tries to give him a diplomatic way out. Besides, they could potentially get more information from two guards rather than just one.
"If you surrender, you'll live," she says. "I suggest you surrender."

Catching on to Savenleyes tactic, Dra'gen looks at the guard with a wry grin, then he flares both blades and says I'd listen to her if I were you.

Initiative: Ryxikor, Savenleye, Sirali, Dra'gen, enemies, (Action stopped here) Kerraur, Padre
Kerraur stays where he stands, knowing that he is safe from Hangarath wand.
Padre swings at S4 but fails to connect with the fighter.
Ryxikor grabs the wand from where Hangarath lay dead, sheathes his weapon and start walking toward the sleeping guard.
Savenleye tells the soldier to surrender in a very powerful way.
Sirali swings at the guard and miss, may be purposely, to give him a sense of the alternative to surrendering.
Dra’gen shows the soldier his psionic blade and tells him to follow Savenleye’s suggestion.
The soldier looks at the bard and hesitates “I guess you can kill me if I fight as you killed the rest of my group. May be you will keep your word. He lowers his sword. If I surrender, would you let me go?”
Padre looks at the soldier. “And where would you go? To the hideout and have some fun with the wh0re they have there for you to enjoy?
Soldier looks at Padre with a confused look. Hide out? What are you talking about? I have not left the area in weeks ….”
Padre looks at Savenleye “Druid Lady, he is all yours
He joins Ryxikor in his quest for the sleeping guard. Kerraur, think you can get rid of that web?
OOC: Combat over. XP will follow as will the loot spreadsheet, probably this afternoon. We are now out of combat mode so you can post more than once a day if you can and if you cannot, I will only RP your character if his/her actions are needed for the story (e.g. dissipating the web spell)

With Padre's help, Ryx ties the sleeping guard to a tree, after the magical web has been taken care of.

Kerraur nods and waves a hand. The webbing becomes translucent and then glassy and transparent, and slowly seems to melt away into the air. He just has the time to answer, "Yes, of course." in the few seconds during which this takes place.

Once the magical web disappears, Ryx gets to work. The elf drags the sleeping guard over to a good sized tree, with the help of Padre, he then strips the guard down to his undergarments. He places any valuables to the side, armor, weapons and anything else, before placing the guard in a sitting position with his back to the tree. Ryx then wraps a length of rope around the guard, with his arms down to his sides, and the tree. Once satisfied with his work, Ryxikor sits cross-legged near the prisoner, he cleans his weapons and eats a bite of rations as he waits for the guard to wake and for the others to question the soldier.
Finally, when the guard starts to wake, Ryx has only a couple of questions, "What is this place?"
Ryx follows the question quickly, "What has your group been doing here?"

Kerraur whispers the right words and the web disappears.
Ryxikor ties the sleeping guard and guards him while the others are encircling the soldier.
Padre walks around healing everyone needed to be healed. He drops Remove Desease to heal Dra'gen and Sound burst to heal Kerraur. Only him and Sirali are 4HP below max HP but a night of rest would take care of that.
The guard wakes up and laughs at Ryxikor question "I am been serving the Dragon. He will come back and will eradicate all the non-believers! Long live the dragon!'
Padre shakes his head. Boy, it does stink for you. Here you are in the woods getting your butts kicked while you could be in the hideout having fun with their wh0re.
The guard looks perplex Hideout? Fun? Wh0re? What are you talking about? I am here to bring the Dragon back.
Padre smiles at Ryxikor " He is all yours
Ryxikor hears in his head Feed me, feed me again

"Explain to me what you mean by 'the dragon'." Ryxikor says as he eyes the tied up guard, "I've heard that a couple of times before but only by people we've killed or run off."
Sitting on the ground in front of the seated prisoner, and holding Hangarath's wand pointed towards the guard, he asks again, "What is this place?"
"What exactly are you doing here for the dragon?" he waits a moment for an answer, but if none come that satisfy Ryx he grabs a little twig and sharpens it with his dagger. Once he slides his dagger back in it's sheath, he wonders what he was hearing or if he was imagining it, Ryx then sits next to the thoroghly tied up guard and starts to slide the shapened twig up under one of his fingernails.
whichever one is more appropriate bluff: 1d20(17)+9=26 intimidate: 1d20(7)+10=17
Ryx will do it until he gets info or until someone stops him

The guard smiles at Ryxikor " Sacred Ones. Dragons. Dead Dragons you infidel. The prophecy has been written. Dead Dragons shall rule the world entire and you be their food. All the infidels will suffer the pain of ignoring the Dragon!
I do not know the name of this place. Some kind of elvish ruins. Some puny dying elvish civilization probably eradicated by a mighty Dragon.
The guard tries to contain his pain but cannot as Ryxikor slide the twig under his finger nails. Padre approaches Ryxikor and kicks his hand. " Enough Rogue! We do not do this under my watch! We might play trick but we don't torture, even after what they did to Brandy. Knock it off
Ryxikor hears or thinks he hears Wimp! Come on .. feed me ....
Relieved the guard looks at Ryxikor. We dig. We dig for the Dragon. And you will be the first one to suffer when they come back!

Dra'gen feels vitality rush back into him as Padre heals him, then he places his hand on Padres shoulder and says Thank you.
He then kneels down by the prisoner and asks casusally So these dead dragons are coming back? How exactly are you suppose to recover these dead dragons my friend?

The soldier looks at Dra'gen. I am not sure. I was told of the prophecy. It made sense. All we need is the right magic and the mighty dragons are coming back. This is why we dig. We dig for the mighty dragons. We dig for the magic items. I am not a wizard, just a simple soldier. This is all I know
The soldier looks like he is saying the truth.
