The strikes chip at the wall further, but the cracks that have appeared in the wall show nothing but darkness on the other side. " Why can't you leave me alone while I'm working?!" The by now familiar voice comes through the wall.
Puff, sorry, you can't be in G4 if Barendd's already there. Action stopped here - Taliea - Barendd - Your host - Theodorre - Alyana

Barrend continues to strike at the wall, knowing that it would take an extremely powerful mage to make a wall that is too much thicker than this. He thinks. He never paid all that much attention to the finger-wigglers back home.
Full attack, power attack 6: 1d20+5=22, 1d20=16Damage: 2d6+20=25, 2d6+20=24In case I didn't specify previously, focusing on one square, Barrend will squeeze through the hole rather than waste time making one that is giant dwarf-sized. By darkness do you mean normal, there isn't any light in there darkness, supernatural "Someone cast a darkness spell", or "Whoops, I just ripped a hole in the dimension" darkness? I assume there is some difference, although I can't say I have ever seen the latter two in my lifetime. And since he has darkvision, shouldn't he be able to see what is through there?

As I said earlier, it is possible to get yourself through, even if it's impossible to see through clearly. There are different parts, slabs of stone, which slid over each other sideways.

Alyana moves backward to let barrend do his damages (could not fit both of them on the map). She keeps her divine magic ready in case someyhing injures the brave dwarf.

Ilya has said it is possible for someone to go through. Any volunteers? If not, Taliea can go through if you guys want?

It seems like the safest way would be for Theo's familiar to go in, because it can move through small spaces more easily, and if it does end up dead, which is unlikely if it runs as soon as it gets a good view of beyond the wall, it isn't as bad as if one of the PCs dies.

If Puff is happy with that, I'm happy with that.

Theodorre looks at the others like they are crazy, "Smash the wall in!" he yells to the enlarged dwarf.

"Stop doing that!" The dwarf on the other side protests as the weapon meets with rock again, chopping off a -luckily rather large- few slivers of stone more.
And another round passes.

Alyana interest increases. "Stop doing what? and why?"
She hits the wall once more with her mace.
1d20 + 5 = 16 damages 1d8 + 1 = 7

Having nothing productive to do, Taliea waits while the others attack the wall, hoping they break through it soon.

Theo stands by the ranger watching as they hit the wall, wondering what in the blazes the crazy apprentice dwarf is doing.
