When Kerzeme notices everyone is preparing for a possible battle, he begins looking around himself. However, his attention is quickly distracted by a small stone his foot hits. He picks the stone up and spends a while turning it around in his hands and looking at it.

So the group marches on, the only one seeming to really enjoy the barren canyon is Barrend. Theodorre rambles on about orcs, after Kurt mentioned the board with orcish on it, and their fighting tactics, "Fighting tactics, huh, its really more just a pamphlet, haha haha." he quickly looks at Kurt, hoping the half orc didn't hear or get offended, "Yes this kinda reminds me of," as Theo keeps talking, everyone can hear a whistling sound, "how orcs would make a killing field or a dead-man-zone," suddenly arrows slam into the ground all around. "Ugghh!!" Theodorre cries out and falls down as two arrows jut out, one in his thigh the other in his shoulder. Arrows just graze Kurt and Barrend, but Alyanna takes two arrows also. As you look up ahead, heads can be seen bobbing up and down behind the boulders about seventy feet ahead. A lone person can be seen running from the right side, to further back in the canyon.

" Enemies!" roars Kurt as the blood sings through his vessels. His heart thuds deeply in his chest as his careful walk seemlessly shifts in to a full run. A wicked smile cracks his face as he rushes towards his enemies. (in Orcish) " Today is a good day to die!" he challenges. The half-orc runs toward the nearest archers leaping over the boulders with a fierce war cry. He drops his bow and stands ready in a martial stance, his scarred bare fists ready to deliver lethal blows.
Run at the nearest group of arcehrs. Leap over their cover in a surprise manoeuvre then drop his bow and have his fists ready (he is a trained in unarmed combat) [edit] Kurt has a speed of 40ft so he can cover the distance in a double move if necessary or 160ft as part of a run actioninitiative +7 = 23 HP: 44/53 AC: 20* mithril shirt+3 (+7), Dex (+3) F+7 R+7* W+3 Jump to leap dramatically over boulder (any advantage if any from this stunt is up to the DM) but Kurt threatens everyone next to him as he is a unarmed fighter. He's not trying to land on anyone, just put the cat amongst the pigeons! jump +10 +4 (speed 40)= 22

Alyana yells as the arrow buries itself in her tender flesh. "Archers, I hate being caught by archerswith no place to hide." Alyana. She grabs Theodore and forces him to run to the boulders separating them from their ennemies. "Do you need healing boy?" she asks the bumbling wizard.
Still hiding behind the boulder she asks Kurt "Kurt, what is the situation? What are we facing and how many?"
Based on Kurt answer, she will stay behind the boulder and hit anything going thrugh the ten feet sapce or rush and join him in the melee.
HP: 45/50 AC: 19 Spell: 0 5/5; 1 4/4 +1d; 2 4/4 +1d; 3 3/3 +1d Initiative: 1d20 +2 = 10 +2 = 12
Move: run to the boulder while pulling Theo with her

Still hiding behind the boulder she asks Kurt " Kurt, what is the situation? What are we facing and how many?"Kurt's swift action is taking him headlong in to combat. When he is aware of the number of foes, he shouts back details to those companions that don't follow him. But for the moment, the half-orc relishes being alone and surrounded by a group of murdering foes. He begins to hum, a steady battle dirge of blood, pain and glory.

Kerzeme, who remained unscathed in the initial attack, raises his hands, utters a few magical words, As three brilliant spheres of magical energy appear from his fingers, heading towards the closest opponent, he smirks.

Round 1
Being fleet of foot, the half orc, Kurt, makes a mad dash for the rock barrier hiding their foes. Once he gets to the entrance, he sees a large group of orcs. The ones near the entrance, close to Kurt, are surprised at first, but seeing a bastard from one of their own ilk causes them to bear their own canines and attack.
Kerzeme, reacts quickly, he shoves his arms into the air, causing the sleeves of his garments to fall to his elbows, and moves his fingers as he begins a spell. Soon three glowing balls of energy form in his hand and speed off towards their target. Kerzeme watches as the head of an orc explodes just above one of the rocks.
Barrend stands his ground, trying to see if he knows his foe.
Alyanna moves to Theo and helps him towards the rock barrier where Kurt moved to.
Most of the orcs unleash another barrage of javelins. One hits Taliea. Another hits Kerzeme, and is sticking out of his arm. The rest of the missiles fall harmlessly away. One of the orcs carrying a falchion near Kurt gets a luky shot with his weapon, almost critical. The other misses. The next closest two orcs, draw their weapons and move closer to Kurt and will attack next round.
Theodorre grabs hold of the arrow and somehow snaps it in two and pulls it out of his thigh, causing him to yell out in pain, thus causing the orcs to hoot and hooler. He gets back up and with the help of Alyanna moves closer to the barrier. Three globes of energy pass just overhead and Theo knows the source, the sorceror.
Taliea tries to dodge the missiles and moves closer to the rock barrier.
I'm so fuckin pissed from loosing my post, i'll make a couple statements i wouldnt normally make. Post your alignment if you havent done so. Kerzeme, you gave up intelligence and wisdom so you could have high charisma and more spells, start 'dumbing' your character up, thanks.
Kurt is in the 10' entrance. Taliea is 10' away from entrance. Theo and Alyanna are 25' away from entrance. Barrend and Kerzeme are 70' away from entrance.
Theo -14 hp Alyanna -11 hp Kurt -11 hp Kerzeme -7 hp Taliea -8 hp Barrend -4 hp
1 orc dead

Alyana sees the magic missiles from Kerzeme kills the orc and she smiles "Good shot Wizard!"
She sees Kurt encircled by ennemies and tells him "hold on big on, I will soon right next to you to crash a few skulls."
She runs all the to the boulder (move action) and gets her flaming mace ready (Standard action)
HP: 45/50 AC: 19 Spell: 0 5/5; 1 4/4 +1d; 2 4/4 +1d; 3 3/3 +1d Initiative: 1d20 +2 = 10 +2 = 12 alignement: CG
OOC: Puff, how is Alyana at -11 when she was -5 in the previous round and you did not indicate that she was hit by a javelin?

OOC: ooops sorry Achinca, I guess my explanation was in the post that got lost. Yeah i goofed, They attacked with javelins, sorry, the damage (from the weapon) is the same, but we need to add +3 hp damage to each javelin taken, for strength bonus would be my guess. So Theo and Allyanna both get another -6 hp and Kurt and Barrend get -another 3 hp
You dont have to post alignment here, just in each character description, thanks

Taliea winces as she's struck by the javelin, but grits her teeth and swallows, ignoring the pain. Now that she's closer to her enemy, the ranger silently releases the arrow she had already nocked, plys another two in quick succession - aiming for the one of the orcs that's attacking Kurt. She watches closely hoping the arrows strike their target.
Note: I have Precise Shot, so no penalty for shooting into melee. I'm also taking advantage of my Rapid Shot feat, so taking an extra shot at highest BAB (+1 for Point Blank Shot, -2 for Rapid Shot =10). Attack: 1d20+10/1d20+10/1d20+5 = 16/15/13 Damage: 1d8+2 str +1 as it's a +1 bow, + 1 point blank shot = 9/5/10 Aiming at the orc closest to me HP = 33/44 AC = 20

Barendd roars, and charges the boulders, moving surprisingly quickly for someone his size. He swings at any orc besides kurt he can reach, preferably the one with the falchion. He strikes hard enough to stagger the orc, and possibly knock it down.
Enter rage, charge orc, striking with reach. If for some reason, I can't reach an orc, run instead, try to get within 10' of the falchion-wielder, and between Kurt and the rest of the orcs, assuming they are 10 feet away or more. Basically, make sure he is able to use his Guisarme's reach. Power Attack 2: 1d20+11=20 (22 because I forgot the extra strength from rage) Damage: (+4 from power attack) 2d4+11=18 (21 because I forgot extra strength from rage) Knock-down trip attempt: 1d20+10=16+18 to avoid being tripped if it fails, if I'm going to be tripped, drop the guisarme. Wow, that was a lot of rolls. +9 to attack on AoOs, he has 4 a round, he'll take any chances he sees to trip an enemy. HP 80, including extra from rage AC 17
