thanks for the sympathy and support guys.
i'd always dreamed of flying to the states and meeting up with my PbP buddies fpr some real tabletop action. i hope of being fit enough to go to Gen Con one year.
as i try and point out to people, i'm not dead yet so although im unreliable i will try and keep up my current commitments.
however life is too short to be playing games i dont get a buzz from. i like achinca's game but i think odlin has gone about as far as i would like at the moment and kurt is too fond a character to be mixing up with a bunch of characters who are not heroic knights or champions of good. so i would like new characters for me to play. i wont enjoy any games where the other characters are the darker side of unaligned.

I imagine you've already had all the words in the world directed, but please know my thoughts are with you. I wish you the best and sincerely hope the opportunity presents itself for some (if not all) of this odd band to meet.

If Odlin is gonna stay with them, then Odlin should stay behind as the 'hostage'. THEN afterwards he can stay as their guest. Also I'm trying to get She elf and Wildfox to get in. Ive chatted with she elf just a bit, wildfox is kinda shy, heheh  |

sorry Achinca! i get tired and confused easier now and maybe typed too hastily.
what i meant to say is that in my twilight i would prefer to play characters that are close to my heart now instead of spending time on other characters.
namely, for my final character(s) i would rather play something like a paladin, a noble champion or crusader, an armoured knight riding out against the darkness.
i do not want to play in any more games with significantly morally-dubious player characters.
Odlin and DM Achinca are faultless and i'm sorry i implied that there were issues there. please give a sick man a break!

Cal, I'm very sad to hear that. I wish you lots of strength. It's too bad you're leaving the current games, but I understand... I'm not sure what else I can say. My thoughts are with you.

My games are not the most original or the most creative (as I used published modules which I adapt) but I do my best to make them fun. I am glad it is just a misunderstanding. And Cal, I believe in you. I will keep Odlin alive because I believe you will beat your sickness and come back stronger than ever. |
