Part of breaking down Jukia, Zlak had her humiliated by having being stripped down to nothing in the middle of the town. This happened when Ryxikor joined. The shield was offered to Ryxikor and the short lived cleric that was with him. So let's assume the group still has it if you did not sell it.

Odlin has a dagger so he can give stadvas back his.
when odlin casts detect magic, do any items not already identified asmagical show up as being magical? if so, we should pay to have them all identified then we can split the magic items.

No, Stadvas doesn't need a dagger. If Odlin doesn't either, we could just sell it?

Thanks, Achinca. And I hadn't forgotten the poor girl. Just wanted to know what we had available.
My opinion on: 1577gp 22pp jewelry stolen from the ransacked tomb (we should return it?) two large diamonds, (200 GP each) gold & diamond necklance (betrayer's throne room): 400 gp 4 pearls (100gp each)
Unless you can tell me what risk there is in keeping the jewelry, Stadvas would keep it. The pearls are needed for identify spells. I suggest we give, out of that loot, 300 to Miriam then share the other 400gp (necklace) + 400gp (diamonds) + 1577gp+ 22pp = 2377 gp 22 pp = 2597 gp between the five of us (there is no IC reason not to give Miriam her fair share), giving each one 519.4 GP
Apparently, we still have a cloak of resistance lying around. Maybe one of us should wear it? If Bronk's shield is a light one, I keep forgetting if it is, it's completely equivalent to the masterwork heavy shield in terms of AC. So unless she has a better one, we give the heavy one to Miriam and Stadvas would prefer Bronk's for emotional reasons. If Bronk's is higher Miriam should have it, despite emotional reasons, because it's better and Stadvas prefers two-handed weapons. If we do that, we can sell the steel one, since it's heavier but its only bonus is that it's harder to break. Not an advantage I see as large enough. We'd also best keep the symbol of Hextor for two reasons: no-one probably wants it and this way we can always say "We're clerics on a mission for Hextor. Get out of the way." Then, from the serpent's room, I think we can sell all of that because everyone's got something better, right? Same goes for Teryl's stuff, except for the wand which Odlin should take, and the hobgoblin, except for the Amulet. Who needs the AC the most of us? I don't need the satchel, Stadvas has a backpack, a sack and a pot to carry gold around and grow rainbows. The magical spear
For Stadvas' weaponry, I suggest I sell the sword, the heavy flail and the dagger, which he won't be using, and with that money plus what he already has we invest in a heavy flail +1 for him and a heavy mace +1 for Miriam. If we can afford it, I haven't done the math. Or we can give her the spear +1, but that means she won't be using a shield, and she could need the AC as, being our healer, she needs the protection. I don't know what to do with the Betrayer's swords... The Bastard sword we can probably sell because it's a two-handed weapon and Stadvas has the axe. I suspect we'll find a use for that shortsword, though.
I haven't mentioned Jeerod's stuff. If it's an improvement, we give the halfplate to Jukia. I don't see a point in keeping the throwing axes.
I think that's about it, right?

For shields, I think Miriam should be using a light shield, because a heavy shield wouldn't allow her to use her holy symbol or a wand without dropping her weapon. You can hold something else in your hand when using a light shield, even though you can't use a weapon with it, but using a heavy shield needs all of that hand's strength.
We have a ring of protection (+1 deflection) and an amulet of Natural armor (+1 natural armor), both of which would work well on anybody right now, who gets it depends on who would need them. I would think either Odlin or one of the front-liners, probably Stadvas, since he has a tendency to get beaten up.
I think Ryx might have use for the +1 short sword the Betrayer had as an off-hand weapon. Sell the bastard sword, though. Not really a point to it unless we had someone take exotic weapons proficiency to use it one-handed, if you aren't going to use it one-handed, you might as well use a greatsword.
Sell both of the +1 studded leathers, the only advantage over a masterwork chain shirt is weight and armor penalty. Also sell the spear, unless someone has a use for it. Odlin can't use it and everyone else other than Miriam has better choices for weapons than a simple two-handed spear. We could sell the +1 short bow unless someone wants it, as well. Maybe Ryx?
The phylactery seems like it should be sold as well, unless someone wants it to make sure that their alignment is safe (maybe Miriam?), it seems not all that useful except in games where the DM likes tricking people into betraying their alignments.
Augustine is wanting to get a +1 composite longbow with +2 strength and some better armor, probably just a +1 chain shirt until he can afford a mithril breastplate.
Would Miriam want a heavy mace or a morningstar? The morningstar is the more practical weapon, doing bludgeoning and piercing, is the mace a favored weapon for her?
What should we do with the silver arrows that Augustine is carrying? Hold on to them, or sell them?

as suggested by the core rulebooks;
we should find out the total value of magic and mundane treasure
decide how much each player gets as a share, then peopl bid for magic items.
so all the magic gear we've found and been carting around (better to be using an item than it languising in the bottom of a bag somehwere while awaiting to have it claimed as someone's loot)
once we identify all the magic gear, i'll be ina better position to let everyone know how much money we all have

I like your plans. This is really good thinking. To answer some of your questions:
I believe everything magical has been identified in the first post of this thread.
Brong shield is a wooden shield. Currently Miriam uses a buckler for protection.
Regarding the jewelry that was stolen from the graves, it is an alignment issue.

Then both give a +2 and hence Stadvas will use Bronk's shield and Miriam should use the masterwork heavy wooden one. Out of Stadvas' own pocket, he'd like a decent shirt. How much is that, Achinca?

How much is that, Achinca? silk? with nicely designed motives? All can be done for 1GP. Unless Stadvas believe Miriam can sow (she cannot). She would do it for free but the result might not be that good.

Something less sophisticated, please. He's going to be wearing it into combat, and it's likely to be soaked in blood and cut up a few times. Silk is not exactly the material for those circumstances, and the various shades of red (or green, or gray, if he gets some kind of freaky blood or brains on it) will create a unique motive.

an adventurer shirt with a mix of brown, red, grey, green and other mi=onster blood color will sell for 2SP. You would not wear it in front of royalty but is a perfect match for a dungeon crawl ..

Finally getting around to figuring out how much each person' loot needs to be decreased by for the items we pooled together for. If I am not missing anything, we bought two wands of cure light wounds and four scrolls of spider climb.
Wand of CLW: 750gp x2 = 1500gp Scroll of Spider Climb: 150gp x4 = 600gp
2100gp/5 = 425gp. Each person's loot should be reduced by 425 gp.
