I try to avoid the obvious when DMing and bring in a twist or two. Given the fact I used a published module, it prevent me from going crazy. well too crazy anyway!

THE HEAD OF NOAK
Odlin would like to attach it to a fur cloak and wear it as a macabre arcane helm. He'd mark some arcane looking sigils in to the cloak for added effects.
Of course of the others wanted their own use for it, let me know

That would give a mighty look to Odlin ... the cowardly dwarf might even confuse people into making them believe he is a brave .....

I like that update. Especialy the weather leather poncho. IT will look good with a black dragon head as helmet .....

In order to avoid Cal spent too muych time on the side line, Puff, ask all the questions you want to know. I will make Iam mor talkative to avoid dragging this encounter with only one player (split group is a killer in PbP)

I posted the interaction in the tavern as one shot, blowing off Ryxikor cover to avoid days of posting by one players. I have put a lot of information in it to save time and get everyone back in the game.
If you want to buy/sell stuff in Kingholms, you will have better selection than in Barrow;s Edge, especially if you are looking for magical items such as wands or potions or scrolls.

Odlin, Stadvas and Augustine have leveled to 3. (Ryxikor is 270 HP short).
Remember that you need to rest to get the effort of leveling up. I will need details on how you character has changed e.g. HP, Ac, Bab, Modifier, etc .. includes any new feat, spells and so on. Also please see if you character sheet link still work.
Good job guys. I hope you are enoying the game as much as I do.

Sheating as a move action. (See Cal accurate statement)
Here is my take as a DM. When switching weapon in battle, it is usually because you move from range to mellee or from a slashing sensitive ro a crushing sensitive ennemy. Basically, the oldweapon is now not the right one. Thus I use that action as a DROP weaon rather than sheathe and the character will pick it when combat is done.
This is why Ryxikor was able to down the skeleton after moving. Now if the player wants to switch again then he needs to get the orioginal weapon back. But this usually happens after the fight is over when movement is not contrained.
Might not be the right interpretation of the laws of the game but it is mine everless.

Well, you opinion matches what I thought, but I specifically sheathed my weapon this time because I thought I might need it again if any other corpses felt like they should get up and attack us. But, if I don't specifically mention taking a move actions to sheathe it, let's do what you said and drop it.

a new player has emerged (lefty) and is interested in joining as a cleric. I run the game like a tabletop. So before I had a player, I want to make sure everyone is ok with it.

Not me. Hmmm... Does anyone else think of Gauche when reading that name?
