Camdrom,
your Brettor looks good. I did not intend you to take over my NPC, just replace her.
She is currently poisoined. I can have her leave the dungeon.
brettor could have hired by Zlak, the priest who hired the heroes and Jukia's mentor. He might have met Jukia in town and she told him how to get to the dungeon.
A little streched but I am not sure what else to get you in the game very soon.
Ilya, Cal, No, any other suggestions?

He might've been recruited by Zlak, then gone to look for them by himself and gotten very lucky? After all, we haven't covered our tracks, and dead goblins aren't exactly... inconspicious. Plus, like Jukia and Stadvas noticed, you can find corpses by scent. And there are no patrols in there at the moment, I recall.
Of course, looking for them would have to fit the character's mindset. Or you could go and find some far-fetched idea of Brettor having a personal score to settle with the goblins and having tracked them down after months of searching. But the other idea is better.

I think he will meet her in the village and she tells him of the howling cace entrance. he follows the track and the smells of the dead spider to the part. Where he find you depends on where you are in the lair i.e.
I am waiting for Cal to post before replying, so it can be today or tomorrow.
It also look like No has become MIA. I will roleplay him until we get a new player ()Puff?). I will put some meat on the barely bones RP No did with his character.

Ok so Brettor, came across the village, while drinking in the local inn, he introduced himself to Jukia, hoping to seduce her but instead gets himself roped into a quest.
He is given directions to the cave, upon find the cave he notices the piles of dead that lay in his path. Brettor, scouts the cave for the group and comes across them
etc etc
sound good if so just need to update it yea

I still think the plan has a flaw. After her return, Jukia was supposed not to be detected, hostility issues of the inhabitants and all that, wasn't she?

Camdrom,. wait a second. First you might want to read the game to find out more about Jukia. Your comments about seducing is funny givign the history.
Also Puff will join so I am waiting for him to send a character sheet.
The idea is that you were hired by the local priest, went to the town and there met Jukia. She gave you the directions before being put under arrest.
The other three might still be inside the lair.
Once Puff has provided me the sheet, I will set up a separate topic for you two to post.

big apologies! i only just found this thread and missed all the details.
1- i like puff (the player) and always enjoy playing in games with him. next to achinca i rate them both very highly as players. ppl that dont know him better remember that he speaks his mind and as far as i'm concerned he's okay with me. he'll add a richness and energy to the game that we'll all enjoy. his characters tend to be dark and dubious and embroiled in errr... mischief a lot. if there's a vote then i'm biased and say he's in
2- camdron gets my vote too. what i've seen of his posting here so far is positive. welcome aboard dude/lass
3a- if it were me, i'd make puff and cam wander in together as a joint group here to loot the goblin or have a grudge against them killing their kin or whatever. we meet them and decide to team up
3b- or i'd make it that the poison kill Jukia but her body glows & metamorphoses in to Cam who is carrying a stopped bottle that when uncorked releases a billowing pink cloud that solidifies in to one angry looking puff looking for a rogue genie. meh
4- i was really looking forward to puff's char and jukia 'interacting'. shame they have to part
5- i don't think cam has to play a cleric. i've run campaigns without a cleric. just readily available healing potions for 50gp a pop
6- just my tuppence

Thanks for the vote of confidence Cal much appreciated, i dont have to play a cleric but i actually want too. Cant wait to find out how we are introduced, the way of us metamorphing lol i fount that quite amusing. Rogue in a bottle hehe.

Yes some of my characters are dark and dubious.
But remember my wizard in your game, he was kind of a wuss, and he always had a cold, lol
