It really might help if people would read other people's posts. That way they know what the others are doing and don't just move into an already occupied square. I thought we discussed this a while back. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Yeah .. I am giving thanks to my company ... announcing a 30% cut of workforce, but will identify the people on January 5th. Great for the morale and making it for a wonderful holiday season.

Cal, Ryx isn't threatening. He's 10' away and he isn't brandishing his weapons. Says he's squatting down, meaning kinda hiding behind the couch. ryx knows she is entranced somehow by Odlin, he won't interfere. But, nobody told him to stay a cetain distance away from her, so I guess he could very well mess up the spell. Bad Ryx !!

Well I will post around 12:00 Noon EST and will decide if Ryx is threatening or not.
Cal, if Krusis is stabbed or attacked, does the fascination immediately ends?

these are the rules on fascinated creatures...
Fascinated A fascinated creature is entranced by a supernatural or spell effect. The creature stands or sits quietly, taking no actions other than to pay attention to the fascinating effect, for as long as the effect lasts. It takes a -4 penalty on skill checks made as reactions, such as Listen and Spot checks. Any potential threat, such as a hostile creature approaching, allows the fascinated creature a new saving throw against the fascinating effect. Any obvious threat, such as someone drawing a weapon, casting a spell, or aiming a ranged weapon at the fascinated creature, automatically breaks the effect. A fascinated creature’s ally may shake it free of the spell as a standard action.
IMHO, an enemy moving towards the target (not just passing by) would grant a saving throw because of a potential threat - so someone coming closer with weapons drawn and preparing to strike would trigger a new save actually attacking the target immediately breaks the spell

Cal, thanks for the info. Krusis fails the save anyway but will be good to know if you use this strategy again in the future. AC

Just to let you know, I did ask to move Ryx to E10. He was moved to F9. There is a difference. I purposely stayed further away since Ryx only has 2 HP.

Consider Ryx in E10.
Sorry to suck so much at DMing.

easy now, I never said or implied anything like that. Your a good DM, just so happens this is the busy time of the year, the headache your company is giving you, it's understandable. Just don't let it happen again, hehe hehe, just kidding
