That must have been the film reference then? yes! although i hope you're not going to sweet talk me into giving you XP now after i've explained it.  i wrote that encounter then saw a bus with a trailer for that movie and went "D'oh!" and i cant believe nobody mentioned it! and for the pedants out there, plane and plain are indeed spelled differently but they are homonyms! |

I am here .. ready to play KoT .. I cannot wait ... what is the party composition so far? alain, so good to have yet another quality player here. so far we have (in no particular order) Barendd (dwarf fighter/barbarian) Ashamil (elf rogue) Samantha (human cleric) and probably also Merykke (human fighter) not heard from the following yet theodorre (human wizard) these people have declined to play due to other commitments eldar (elf ranger) -- although likely to make a cameo appearance from time to time alanna (human paladin) -- doubtful will see again the campaign doesnt lend itself to bards or sorcerers unfortunately. the campaign web site (see under the actual campaign board) does give you ideas on making a character but you have my email address. drop me any questions. once again, pleasure to have you on board, Cal. |

[edit] although i think he will be sorely missed [edit2] not sure when to start the game. i felt it would be nice to have everyone who was going to play actually here before kicking off and then trying to shoe-horn people in later. what about a proposed re-start date of[glow=red,2,300] friday the 13th october[/glow]? [edit3] what do players need to do? let she-elf (aka HBM) know that they want on the site. first they'll need to create an account. she-elf can then set up a private player thread --- although to be honest, there might not be a real need for that from past experience. if people want to get hold of me OOC then they could send me a private message. if people want to change or modify their character then i'm cool with that. let me know in advance! |

I was thinking sorcerer. Why are you okay with wizard but not sorcerer? No dragons in this land?
Where are the skinny i.e. level, point buy, starting gold, etc .....?
